So most people like it because it is a manly movie and such, I like it because it is just well made. I guess I did need to explain it.
I find that offensive sir. I don't care that it's manly, I like it because it's a good movie. I like it because it does things most movies do not (the chemical burn, Tyler's various jobs, the "fight" with the boss etc.). I think Pitt does an amazing job as Durden (and yes I do want to be like Durden) and I just love the movie.

TL Dr; I love the movie and my favorite scenes were not the manly fighting scenes.

...you know what come to think of it I wouldn't rate that movie too high on the manliness scale.
So you are one of the people who is not included in the "most" category. I would say most of my favorite scenes were not the fighting parts either. It's just that most of the people I have talked to like it because there is fighting in it and fighting is all manly and junk. That's fine, but that's not the reason you and I like it, and that's fine as well.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
Serenity
The Dark Knight
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Monty Python And The Holy Grail
The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the ring
The Shawshank Redemption
Fight Club
Inception

I guess the list & order changes on what mood I'm in. I have only taken the best movie out of trilogies. I enjoy those trilogies I believe those ones are the best of that trilogy.

In completely random order:

1. The Scent of a Woman - My God, I watched Scarface, The Godfather, Heat and all other Al Pacino classics, but I still think, this is his best performance ever. Amazing and funny movie.

2. Inception - Nolan's either best or 2nd best movie ever. The other would be...

3. Memento - I watched it 6 times, each time getting a different take on the plot.

4. Groundhog Day - Bill Murray at his finest. Really damn funny as well.

5. Equilibrium - This movie gets a lot of hate, but I personally found it really, really good. Also, Christian Bale murdering tons of dudes. Speaking of Christian Bale murdering dudes...

6. American Psycho - Another, great performance by Bale.

7. Reservoir Dogs - Best film by Tarantino, hands down. Almost no action, but DAMN, those dialogs are made of gold.

8. Snatch - Amazingly funny + great performances by Jason Statham and Brad Pitt.

9. Monthy Python and The Holy Grail - All of the MP's awesomeness packed in one movie.

10. 300 - What? Despite cheesy dialogs, it's still an amazing action film. Also, it became a favorite among me and my friends after we played a drinking game - one shot after every 'Sparta' or 'Spartans' (2, one after another during 'THIS IS SPARTA!' scene) spoken in the movie. That meant about 10 shots in 20 minutes. After half an hour, there was no sober people remaining.

These kinds of lists are always hard to do from the top of your head. But I'll try.

In this exact order:

1. Trainspotting, 1996
2. Go (japanese), 2001
3. Good Will Hunting, 1997
4. The Graduate, 1967
5. Eraserhead, 1977
6. Breaking Away, 1979
7. Reservoir Dogs, 1992
8. Definitely, Maybe, 2008
9. Bad News Bears, 1976
10. Naked Gun, 1988

Looks like it turned just about right in the end. Very peculiar.
