Can't name 10, but definitely David Gilmour is my favourite - I have yet to hear a solo as emotionally stirring as the one in "Time".

Personally I would agree with that statement if you said "Comfortably Numb" instead of "Time". Time is one of my favourite PF songs but I would say The Comforably Numb solo is the greatest thing since sliced bread the wheel.

I agree with some of the posts on here, and theres a bunch I've never even heard of their names, but have probably heard them play. Is it me or did I not see any mention of Prince, or Jack white? I've heard they are pretty good, I'm not expert by any means. But am I wrong? Bias asside of course.
