Since this seems to still use technology that requires the viewer to be in a very specific place and I fidget... a lot, I don't see how this would really be much use to me. I'm not really an early adopter kinda guy anyway.

I've always maintained that once someone gets 3D right it will make 2D as obsolete as black and white is now, but this is not that technology. I'll wait.

I seriously don't care about getting one, I just want to know how it works, THAT is what I'm interested in.

The only thing that really bothers me most about this is that I fear they are taking this 3D fad and are trying to market this as the next big step from HD.

On the flipside, perhaps the 1990's pipe dream of VR just may be a reality sooner than we thought...

Then, I could go full-circle and watch VR Troopers in VR.

My life would finally be complete.

Needing to be in strict certian positions or at certain angles sounds incredibly counter-intuitive since movie watching is suppost to be a lesuire activity
So... do you watch a lot of movies moving around and not sitting down in one place?

I don't understand what's counter-intuitive about watching a movie or playing a game in the same place you've been doing it before anyway.
So do you sit in a single position that keeps your head at the same height, and not lean back, sit forward, or lean to one side or another in your seat?
