Gameplay trailers these days seem to get away without showing any actual proper game play..

I love Deadpool in the comics but after a while i felt like he (especially his voice) was becoming more and more obnoxious..Or was that the whole point? Genius.

I'll end up like all the other superheroes and crying for him to shut his goddamn mouth, they are staying true to the deadpool lore!

1:18 I can name one. (Points at Cyclops) Just as long as it ain't that frakking Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe Deadpool (I had to unfocus my eyes just to put that in without bringing back angry memories. I have a few issues. I never thought I'd see the day.

You referring to deadpool killustrated? I'm quite enjoying that one although it's interesting to note that in his room of dead heroes I couldn't spot a single wolverine rather clearly avoiding the issue of if he can kill wolverine how come he can't die. Actually no matter how good or bad this game is I will have to buy it just for introducing me to this awesome character until the first trailer I had never heard of him before and now he is my favourite aspect of the marvel universe

That's because it isn't a gameplay trailer, that's just what whoever uploaded it to the escapist decided to call it. On the game's official youtube channel the trailer is just referred to as a "Reveal Trailer".

I do hope the game is good. I think the odds are pretty good, since I have great faith in High Moon. But then again, I had faith in Gearbox too...

Oh man, I can not wait for this game. I had a few good laughs while watching the trailer. Hopefully the game can do the same. Gonna keep an eye on this one.

I'm still hoping for this game to come to PC as well. They ported Transformers, but not Deadpool? I'm disappointed...

The idea of letting Deadpool doing his own campain is awesome - it fits the character so well, and it works. Very entertaining, and I love the quotes XD

I had a number of good laughs and therefore I'm sold. Will I get it on day one for full price? Perhaps not, lets see if there is not something terribly wrong with it, but this one IS definitely back on the radar.

Indeed. Deadpool is supposed to be sarcastic and fourth wall smashtastic, but this felt a bit like the Team Sonic strategy for making a character 'rad'.

I dunno. There were times he looked like a fool. Like when he slammed into that grate and fondled Cable's "man-bazookas". Deadpool works because he may be unstoppable compared to his enemies, but his "friends" Cable, Wolverine, and others are able to reign him in and tell him what a jackass he is.
