I've seen more discusting things in my life
I was hopping for some cool veggie recepies for my 2 week vegetarian bet.

You have to go out of your way to supplement, or you're going to have deficiencies in your diet - there are some things you simply cannot get from an exclusively vegetarian diet (or not nearly enough of it if you can). I would seriously recommend looking just about anywhere other than a gaming forum for those sorts of details, expecting to find expert advice on nutrition from us strikes me as rather akin to panning for gold in your own shower in terms of unwarranted optimism.

Yeah, I would agree but after seeing today's LRR I thought: let's search the forums for some food ideas(I do have some spare time to waste).
