Not so much TV, but I constantly make references to anime, video games, and internet memes, among other things in regular conversation.
Same here, minus anime
You get a free babelfish! (see your post number)

See,there I go again! quoting pop culture, albeit rather retro pop culture...

I hardly ever spout quotes from things I've seen or read, but it happens from time to time. I do have a friend that just says things he heard the other day, a month ago, etc. He doesn't even put it in a logical context either. It's kind of weird.
I'm finding that hard to visualise, could you give an example of his lack of logical context?

Yeah, everyone seems to do that. I think its funniest when you see your friends reactions. Especially when they have no idea what the hell you're on about! ^_^

Well, it almost always happens when nobody's saying anything, and then he just says a line he heard from a YouTube video or something.

Oh, right. Yes I've had that happen before. It's quite awkward trying to explain. :)

Any and all slightly sexual or innuendo based lines are followed by "alright!" or "giggidy"

If something goes wrong I say "What the dues"

If something is funny I do Peter Griffins laugh followed by laughing normally at me doing Peter Griffins laugh, so everything is twice as funny!

When I try to sound funny I just put on Zapp Brannigans voice and talk gibberish

My friend and I find ourselves quoting Red vs Blue and Homestar Runner.
It's fun but I get concerned that we watch too much.
Have you ever gone on a marathon and watched EVERY SINGLE episode, from every single series up to the end of the Relocated mini-series? Only then, can you say that you have watched too much... (2 of my friends and I did this at a birthday party. The party lasted 3 days, and we only had enough stuff to keep us entertained for 1 and a half...)

Anything that I gain interest in always have effect me :(
When I first saw zero punctuation I got this weird impulse to wear this old top hat I had whenever I saw it.......It still taunts me...Not something I'm proud of. I scare myself sometimes o_0
