On the other hand, another person adds more 'work' needed to ensure everyone is getting theirs, so to speak. Its not a big issue during some drunken fling, but anything over the long term is likely going to get old fast. If you're the 'I got mine!' kinda person, then that wont really be an issue.
What CAN be an issue during a fling is relationship crap... Jealousy is rarely in short supply, and adding a third partner to the sexual mix can really bring that out of some people.

Eh, I'm pretty much monogamous so the idea of threesome, with twins or otherwise, doesn't appeal to me. I'm quite happy with the fiancée I have and only her. I wouldn't feel comfortable if she brought a friend or sister into the mix.
