I feel intensely bad for any and all members of that show, especially the creator, because all of them for the rest of their lives no matter what they do or where they go or if they do something better than two and a half men they will constantly be reminded and asked and prodded about Charlie Sheen. (Hypothetically speaking) one of the members is at an award show for an amazing performance and the first question they're asked "what was it like dealing with Charlie Sheen?" all of a sudden they're diminished and its all about some pill popping porn addict

It's a good show in my opinion, gives me a few laughs but I can't say I'm suprised, it was running a little stale I've been expecting it given Sheens' behavior. Bastard was earning what, $1.4 million an episode or something ridiculous, spending it on cocaine and prostitutes and getting away with it. Oh, don't forget all the domestic abuse...

When Two and a Half Men wasn't being blatantly misogynist and woman-hating, it was being a step below retarded and insulting it's audience. It was riddled with gender issues and not only reduced women to sexual objects to be manipulated, but shamed single fathers and responsible parents for caring about their children and being "lame" instead of going out and fucking everything that moves "like a real man". On top of that, Charlie Sheen is a womanizing slimeball and a domestic abuser and doesn't deserve a single penny of the money he made off that show.

Edit: Oh, and don't forget that all women who are mothers are bitches - whether it's your own mother or the mother of your child, as soon as she popped out that kid her ovaries turned to poison and she became a huge acid-spitting harpy. That's totally how it works, right?

Well that's a rather antagonistic view to take on the show and the actor. If a show you don't like gets canceled, just shrug and say "more air time" or "I didn't like that show to be honest." if an actor you don't like loses one of his filming opportunities, just mention you don't like it.

Why take it to the extent you did and be (in my opinion) obnoxious about it? Laughing "In his face" just because you didn't like his show or his acting is just unnecessary.

So you attacked a show that got canceled with "malice". Congrats? Personally I enjoyed the show, and I actually like a lot of the acting Charlie Sheen has done.

Yeah Im aware of that, thats why I pointed it out straight after,if you read my post correctly, then I gave a few valid reasons as to why I didnt like it that was just realeasing all the frustratiosn I have about the show, whcih was very annoying

as for charlie sheen, no I dont know him personally but he has a bad reputation as a crazy asshole, yeah he has issues but hes still unlikeable, just like his charachter an unlikeable mysoganist douchebag (hence why I never liked the show) so thats why its so saiisfying to say that, I doubt him or his family read that, if he did he wouldnt care

well to go into detail as to why I didnt like it, just my opionion no need to take it at heart

the main charachter is a total unlikable asshole...his brother wasnt so bad but it really isnt that entertaing to see somone constantly getting screwed by the universe in ways only kinda funny, anyway he gets annoying because hes so pathetic

Jake, as he got older intead of trying to do anything with the charachter they just make him a dumbass...but mabye he was like that all along I supose, but making somone dumb seems to be the easyest way to make a "funny" charachter

Now in english class we actually looked at an episode to see how women are portrayed, I surprised that...well its not that great, now Im not going to yell and call it mysoganist, I think charlie did get marryed or somthing and they introduced a female charachter who wasnt a totaly ***** or dumbass

the only two charachters who I found likeable (and using that word generously) were eather rose or the housekeeper (no Im not some crazy man-hating feminist I promise)

anyway like I said thats just me, I didnt watch alot of it so thats what Im going on

I highly disliked the show mainly because Alan Jerome Harper, the brother of Charlie.. was always mistreated. He was actually a nice guy, always doing usually the right thing and tries what he can for his son. He gets a load of crap from everyone, especially his ex-wife who seriously puts him down for many unknown reasons that are cruel in every way. That's why I couldn't stand the show even if they consider that as "humor".

Sometimes it got so bad like when his new wife divorced him shortly to take his money that he won for them.. and he sat in bed so depressed and yet everyone was just making some puns, jokes, ect. That was just terrible. I mean yeah I know it's just a show, but honestly they go to far sometimes because they seem to not consider how their fans feel about certain things. Even Alan's son disrespected him, and though it can be funny, usually wasn't and made his life seem crappy which he didn't deserve it. He does try to have a good life, find true love, and I like his character a lot. But, seeing him mistreated angers me personally.. Mm.

I loved that aspect of the show really. It's a good metaphore to how the universe doesn't care about anybody, especially 'good people'.

I saw the first two minutes of an episode of Two and a Half Men, and the audience went "AHAHAHAHA" 5 friggin' times. I could have sworn that the laughs were exactly the same for every single laugh. They laughed at every little thing, at the end of every friggin' sentence, at things that weren't funny.

So, yeah, I have barely seen the show and already I find it pretty stupid and pointless. And the cancellation is only for the season, learn to link your sources.

Good. The show had one joke (guy is playboy, brother is opposite. Laugh.) and Charlie Sheen is a dick. Sure, he was in the awesome Hot Shots, but that doesn't redeem him for 2 And A Half Men and his own assholery.

to be honest I thnk I probably hated the charachter more than him personally, though it said he was axed because he was acting liek a douche-bag so yeah I dunno

He pretty much is his character. Charlie Sheen is an awful lady killer. To be honest, it never seems that bad when it's on a television show but when he treats women the way he does in his world outside of the show, it's just not right. Not right at all. But thats just in my own opinion I suppose.
