Wow this looks amazing can you imagine the killing power if this had a .50 Cal on it. and not to mention how many snipers this might save.
It would be beyond powerful.

And save what snipers? The whole point in a sniper is being outside your enemies firing range and picking off targets and by the time they notice where you are you should have moved to a new location. Snipers who don't move get killed. Crap snipers don't move.

This looks like something from a video game I once played. It just doesn't seem possible to make an accurate shot with something like that.

Unless ofc, a computer calculates the shot. Which it does

All a human operator does is click on man. Man falls down.

I wish I could think this is cool, but seeing how it's kind of expensive and antiproductive, I can't see it as anything more than a large large waste of money. And I'm still trying to pay for a plane trip. That'd go to better use.

As for this, I can't imagine how stealthy this thing could possibly be.
I don't think stealth is much of an issue. I will be hundreds of meters away and anyone who does hear it is likely to be dead before they can do anything about it. I think this is a good way to save civilian lives, but I fear what it could mean if one of the various terrorist organizations get a hold of one.

.......yeah i don't see very many terrorist organizations being able to get ahold of one of these things, let alone have the technology, manpower , and expertise to actually fly + kill with it. Plus any tank that the U.S. has could easily take one of those down.

Well that's going to be a craptastic way to die. I mean you know this thing is going to be hunting down your children someday. Let just hope those bio engineers are working on that zombie virus.

But its technological warfare baby, what's better?

I'm sorry, but I can't get over the fact that it's called "ARSS" I mean seriously? if it doesn't kill me by shooting me on the first shot, it won't matter cause I'll be doubled over laughing at the name long enough for it to get the second shot off.

Whats not to love about a machine that could kill you before you see it?

Also, its controlled like a game, Im thinking the whole of the escapist could find themselves jobs in the armed forces and just fly these sniperbots around all day.
The US starts trawling the TF2 severs for l337 skills.
