Alright, I'll bite:
Leader: Malcolm Reynolds, from Firefly. The Battle of Serenity Valley was a fluke: He didn't have the team right below him.
Heavy Weapons: Jayne, from Firefly. I think this time, he can bring all the grenades he wants. Oh, and make sure he brings Viera.
Stealth: Kasumi Goto, from Mass Effect. Shes the greatest thief in the galaxy, and if you could make infiltration look as easy as her, then you would be here instead.
Sniper: Cougar, from The Losers. Doesn't talk much. Doesn't need to.
Close Quarters: Emile, from Halo: Reach. Kukri and a Shotgun? I believe that that's everything you need to know.
Medic: Simon Tam, from Firefly. Given the amount of shit the Firefly crew has gone through, he might be able to keep up with the 'new crew'. Then again, considering all of THEIR wounds, his work may be cut out for him.
Air support: Joker/EDI from Mass Effect. A pilot genius and an extremely advanced AI in control of an experimental stealth Frigate, upgraded to have weapons, armor, and barriers to put it on par with much larger ships. Plus, the new Alliance Normandy has a lounge.
Tech specialist: Legion, from Mass Effect. Because if you have to deal with Tech, you might as well bring a badass robot along for the ride.
Wild card: Jenson, from The Losers. You don't get more unpredictable than infiltrating a business by singing Don't Stop Believing, and getting away by pretending to be a 'dangerous telekinetic'.
