Sniper: The Sniper (Team Fortress 2) - It's in his name, it's obvious...

Close Quarters: Captain America (Marvel) - Great on his own or as part of a larger team. He'd also make an excellent field commander.

Medic: Estelle (Tales of Vesperia) - I wanted a healer from a jRPG, and Estelle's been trained by royal knights to top off her healing powers.

Air support: Fox (Star Fox) - Barrel rolls!

Tech specialist: Legion (Mass Effect) - He is tech, it makes him ideal.
