THAT'S NOTHING! A few years back a copy of The Wizard Super Mario 3 World tournament EXCLUSIVELY MODDED For the tournament back in the 90s sold for 250k! It is another EXTREMELY AND I MEAN EXTREMELY! Rare Nes game! There were only like 20 made for the tournament and the winners were allowed to take there cartridges home with them.. Hell the Mario Cup is even worth some say to be worth half a million dollars since there is only one TO DATE! Only one TRUE one.. Another thing i saw is that the Sword Quest Grand Prizes from the Atari 2600 you know the Diamond and gold plated ruby in crested SWORD? Yep it was real and it was valued at 50 grand and that was back in the 80s! AND IT WAS THE GRAND PRIZE FOR THE SWORD QUEST TOURNAMENTS! That one they say is worth a million or more now a days.. Because of its novelty and its pure worth even before it became rare.. Its too bad that its location is unknown today since Atari went bankrupt.. But the Crown the Philosopher stone and the Chalice the 3 other prizes for the 3 tournaments before the final for the sword were all valued at 25 thousand a piece! And all had diamonds and ruby's and sapphires and all kinds of goody's on them! Are still known and i think are still owned by there winners.. Only the first 2 games had there tournaments before Atari went bankrupt in the game crash.. so only the chalice and the Philosopher stone i think it was were won.. MY GOD HOW I WISH A GAME COMPANY WOULD DO THIS AGAIN! OR EVEN SOMETHING LIKE THE SUPER MARIO BROS 3 "THE WIZARD" TOURNAMENT AGAIN!

How much could I get for my opened, used, non-greatest hits edition of FF7?

Answer: Not. That. Much.
Used, non-Greatest Hits FF7 goes for about $100 in my neck of the woods. I'm sitting on my original, but it's not going anywhere, I love that game too much.

I like how the sticker for $29.99 is still on the front for effect. It's like my copy of Wipeout 2097, it had its sticker for £49.99 on it when I bought it for £1.

And what exactly would one do after one has purchased one of the rarest NES game in existence? Let it collect dust somewhere, just as it was doing in the 20 years before that?

P.T. Barnum got it so right.
True that.

What I'd be dying to ask them is "what's the point?". I don't get what this fulfills in the least. Even if I were a collector, this makes no sense, at least not at that price.

Why would they have released a game in the first place if it required a special mat that wasn't available? I can understand why it would be a collectors wet dream though, seeing as there are only 2000 in existence, 200 of which were sold.

I really don't understand how a game could ever be worth more than £30. At a stretch.

wait... is there other games that require a mat? Because i totaly remember playing a game with a mat that you had to run on and jump. Dont remember if it was this though.

Reminds me that I payed $75 for a PS1 on eBay, and that was the cheapest possible for that game at the time. What game was it?

Am I the only person who feels he should still donate some of that to the Goodwill organization? Or at least to another charity? It seems that if luck was so good to him the least he could do is share some of it. But then again, its his property and he has the rights to do what he wants.

EDIT: Missed the part about tithing. Good man after all. Very good.
