Then again what are we considering original? gameplay?, story?, concept?, characters? what makes something original?

Precious little nowadays but I think the OP means new series so I don't think FFXIII would count in this case.

OT: I'm looking forward to both Darksiders and Bayonetta and if it counts FFXIII.
