The 2nd to 3rd form seems like too much of a change in their style. They need 4 stages to make sense.

Delphox is easily the greatest of the three. Chesnaught is just hilariously bad looking. Greninja has that stupid tongue scarf. If they stuck with the cloud/bubbles theme, it would have been fine. But they didn't.

Delphox is the only decent one.

I was thinking more Ranma 1/2 when I read that line, I don't know why. Also all these water type jumping makes me wanna lean back and go "yes join the good side" .

Delphox officially sucks based on that design. The first two forms are awesome but that final evolution? Dissapointing.

I'll still go with Fennekin though cause, ya know, foxes and fire is kinda my thing.

Like others have said. Chespin is DEFINITELY going to be my starter now! Look at that final form! LOOK AT IT! It's kickass! I hope it learns earthquake. I also hope it's bulky, I like bulky pokemon that know earthquake for some reason.

In my opinion, Fennekin has the best final form, but maybe that's cause I'm a furry. But power wise it can easily beat the other 2, my rival in the game picked the water one and I easily wiped it out with Delphox's Psyshock with one hit, and the grass one, well, we all know it has no chance whatsoever. Also so far with the gym leaders I've had no trouble with any of them so far, since Delphox's attacks are very powerful, and if fire doesn't work, then its physic attack usually does the trick. If you want to dominate, go Fennekin

Uhh, Mega evolutions are kinda like that actually lol. They do have it.

The water starter evolves into a water/dark in the final form. Is also siginificactly faster. The fire one becomes fire/psychic. Maybe your specific friend doesn't know what's what but you really shouldn't try to beat water/dark types with fire/psychic types lol. Psyshock would just be resisted completely and fire moves would do half damage, that's if you managed to survive long enough to get one of these moves out before dying to a surf or something lol.
