LoL, in all seriousness though, in the game, as in comic, Jackie Estacado is a mafia hitman who inherits his control of the Darkness at the age of 21. It's not just random "lets kill police" action in the game, it's story driven. But, since they freaked out like a bunch of derping artards and there aren't actually any police in the game, no worries really. Next, they will whine that the "Darkness" is just an extension of Satan, and then the "Christian" part of the organization will come out. Yay public figures!
