I want to watch the vampire movies, from original to recent, ever since I've been overcome to see vampires recently.
I don't care how different it is, be it the Belgosi classic, or the new Twilight, I wanna know all the vampire movies(of relevance, so no indies, lol), and which ones were sequels to which ones.
I know this is a tall order, but is there a vampire movie online database link you could provide? It would be MUCH appreciated :)

Let me tell you of the best vampire film ever made, my favourite movie ever.

Let The Right One In. It's a swedish movie made in 2008, it really is amazing. They made an American remake called Let Me In which is nowhere near as good as the original, but is still entertaining I think.

Don't expect a gore fest with a shit ton of blood though from either of them, even though Let Me In is more violent, but there is still blood etc.

Yes, yes, yes. Watch this as soon as humanly possible. If you absolutely hate reading subtitles, I suppose you can watch the American remake, but the original Let The Right One In was absolutely amazing.

Also, since you said you didn't particularly care about the movies being really good, I will point out that no one seems to have mentioned the Underworld series yet. I'm not a fan... but they have vampires in them, at least.

Interview with the Vampire (I know it's posted above, but it's required reading in vampires 101).

If you want comedy vampire, I'd recommend "Once Bitten" if for nothing else because it features a young Jim Carrey. Also maybe "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," or "The Lost Boys."

I can't stand most vampire films, but I have a greater appreciation for vampire films since Twilight became popular. Those movies have pretty much destroyed the genre and I doubt a good vampire film will come out again for over a decade.

(Recommended but listed above: "From Dusk Till Dawn," "Bram Stokers's Dracula.")

Twilight isn't a vampire movie! Nosferatu (the John Malkovich remake) is a vampire movie! (It's meta-media.)

I am Legend was OK in my opinion. I'm not sure if they were vampires, but most descriptions of the movie say they are. And it's got some touching moments in it, too. I'll admit, I cried watching it.

Let the right one in was pretty good, though the sheer amount of time spent with the camera focused on a boy in his tighty whities and was disturbing.

Let The Right One In is decent...as long as you don't read the book. Then it turns to absolute shit.

30 Days Of Night was pretty good in my opinion...incredibly violent though.
What!? The book is just as good or better than the movie with the massive amount of more detail it provides to the story and its characters. How come you didn't like the book?

Nosferatu by F.W. Murnau is a great vampire film.
I'm not playing the "I'm cooler cause my film is older" game, it's just a really good vampire film from the 1920s so it's also a milestone in cinematography and camerawork.

It's not scary by today's horror standards but I enjoyed it.

The Blade trilogy is amazing and Interview With a Vampire. The Lost Boys isn't bad either.

I'll recommend The Lost Boys, if only to provide a spear counterpart to Twilight's vampire moping about having eternal youth and life ahead of them.

Mind, I do like The Lost Boys. Great soundtrack, too.

Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens is also good, if a bit dated.

While Let the Right One In was a very good movie, I feel it gets overpraised a bit simply because it was such a breath of fresh air in a stagnant genre.

Other than that, The Lost Boys. A great 80's rock 'n roll vampire flick.

The Forsaken was alright. The DVD is within arm's reach for some reason; must watch again! :)

Near Dark
Bram Stokers : Dracula
Interview With A Vampire
John Carpenters: Vampires

Mr Vampire

Comedy
The Fearless Vampire Killers : Or Pardon Me But Your Teeth Are In My Neck <- Personal favourite of mine, old but amusing. 1967 I think.
Love At First Bite

Or take your pick from loads of the old Hammer Horror movies. Some of them are quite good but a lot of them are laughable.

*slaps forehead*

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=vampire+movie+database

Also, I highly recommend this website [http://www.justfuckinggoogleit.com/].

But in the interests of not being a COMPLETE tosser, here's a couple of lesser known vampire movies:

Rise: Blood Hunter [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0389328/]: This movie got some pretty bad reviews, but I liked it.

The Addiction [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112288/]: This movie was trying too hard to be a deep, indie film, in my opinion, but you DID say that you wanted good and bad movies, so here it is. Besides, this movie is worth picking up on Netflicks simply for Christopher Walken's one scene...

If the film is anywhere near as good as the book, then I second this.
