I already uploaded this for people to answer, but no one did (wrong time of day).
Basically its for my media course work. Just answer by editing the form in paint (or equivalent), then either post on here or email to me at [email protected]
Its in two bits, you dont have to answer the written question bits at the bottom, but it would really help me if you could. Thx.

EDIT: Yes, its slightly biased, but I don't care. Many non gamers will also fill it out.

Rather one sided choices that only go in one direction. Kind of black and white. I mean, for some people violent video games can act as an outlet for their anger and make them calmer, as it distracts them from real-world violence or things that make them violent.

Media. Crap subject. All the teachers at my school refer to it and Psychology as drop out subjects.

Erm... Good effort though! Nice tickboxes.

Video games do the opposite than cause violence. If I couldn't beat someone to death with a golf club or an old pipe in a game, I'd probably let that anger out on the idiots I see all day. Video games are soothing for me, in the same sense that death metal is beautiful music in my ears.

On the first question on the second page: the two middle questions are covering the same areas, as, in the second box, violent videogames are a factor/influence.
Also, there should be more options for the question after that, as there is a middle-distance which is not covered by either choice.

Sorry for criticising, but I just felt that those questions weren't as good as they could be for information-gathering.

"Do you think video games exacerbate your mood."

No, they act as an outlet when I AM angry, taking the anger away. I refuse to fill this in because the questionnaire is biased and written from the perspective of someone who is already assuming video games cause violence or aggressive behavior.

Print?
You can save as, then edit in paint :S
I don't expect people to send physical copies, especially when I gave you an email address.

Wait, so some people think its written by someone who thinks violent video games cause crime, and and the rest think its written by someone who disagrees games cause crime?
:S

I'll be creating my answers for this post, until I'm done I'm too busy trying to kill my cat using bubbles because I played bubble bobble. Then maybe I'll eliminate ground dwelling monsters.

Some people play games for there competitive nature. I.E. the Street Fighter series, Starcraft, TF2, COD4 are violent, but some people just think of them as a game, and nothing more. Like how one would play a game of chess or poker. It just has a violent ascetic, but beneath the surface, there are deep, strategic and intuitive gameplay mechanics with a competitive community that are constantly improving themselves and changing how the game is played. So instead of street fighter being about hitting some dude in the face it is more about controlling space, anticipating your opponent, mind games, and game related nuances then it is about the ascetic violent nature that is the combat. Violence doesn't make a game, the game makes a game.

If it wasn't slanted so far towards the "video games DO cause violence and have no calming effects", people might actually fill it out instead of ignoring it like they did the first time.
