I take it this is a Silent Hill reference...Holy hell that was messed up!
Silent Hill? Huh.

I thought the chains were a reference to porn. You know, the good kind. You can usually get it from a guy who lives down by the dump. His name is Seedy Joe, but I have no idea why. Seems like a pretty straight-up dude to me.

Yes, yes there is. [http://www.cracked.com/blog/the-6-most-terrifying-examples-rule-34_p2/]

And really, people? I've never even seen Hellraiser and I still got the reference.

I just assumed it was something in the style of an actress who's clearly faking it, but this.....oh god..... I'll stay on the usual sites and never go to these corners of the internet.

I don't get it at all, anyone explain please? I do recognize the Silent Hill scene, but that's it.
It's not Silent Hill, it's Hellraiser.

If only Kevin Butler were still with them, he could play that role.

In all honesty, I would like a Lament Configuration just for myself. Doesn't matter who releases it, Nintendo could put it out for $1000 bucks and I'd still try to get it. I don't care if it will kill me, it's just badass

Ugg I watched Hell Raiser as a really young kid, and that movie messed me up. I'm still scarred from watching it.

This.

The scene in the Silent Hill movie was similar but it was barbed wire, not chains.

Jesus wept, no one has any taste in movies anymore.
Hellraiser isn't exactly a new movie, chum. It's a touch late to start talking about bad taste in movies.

And what's the meaning then?
In Hellraiser, opening the Lament Configuration will summon the Cenobites, demons to some but angels to others, who will essentially torture you for eternity (because they assume that's what you want in the first place) which often includes being strung up and ripped apart by chains and hooks. The joke is still there even if you don't know what the Configuration is (a puzzle box that summons the Cenobites) simply in the last line, but hopefully this makes sense out of it all. If not you can always read the Wikipedia article about it.
