I was a kid in the 80s, he was Bill Maxwell, fed and friend to the Greatest American Hero. Hollywood's lost an 80s icon, imo.

Well, this is ironic...

Not five minutes (FIVE MINUTES!) after beating Half-Life 2 for the second time, I come onto this site and find out that Dr. Breen's voice actor died. My condolences to his family.
