Scott McNeil voiced Piccolo in FUNimation?s original DBZ dub, Hohenheim in their dub of the first FMA anime, and Voltar in League of Super Evil. Frankly, the man has godly voice range.

I had no idea John Dimaggio voiced both Marcus Fenix and Bender.
I still couldn't hear it even after someone told me.
Only when Marcus really yells do I start to hear it.
Also Jake the Dog from Adventure Time

And the Joker in Batman: Under the Red Hood

The biggest surprise for me recently was when I was playing Bioshock Infinite and kept thinking the voice of Cornelius Slate sounded awfully familiar. Then it hit me, mother fucking BURNED MAN FROM NEW VEGAS. Out of curiosity, I looked up his IMDb... my mind exploded. It's this guy.
That my friends is Keith Szarabajka. Who's that you ask? Well besides that scene in The Dark Knight and the games I mentioned he was also...
Didact from Halo 4
Herschel Biggs from L.A. Noire.
Yeah you saw that right, Harbinger.
Frankly, this guy has been in everything and I was shocked to see how much of his work I missed.
Haha, I had the same revelation the other night. I knew Slate sounded really familiar and looked him up and found out he did Biggs, but that it was Keith Szarbajka!? Blew my mind.

For me, it's Jennifer Hale. That she's commander Shepard and Bastilla Shan wasn't a surprise. That she was Samus wasn't a surprise, what surprised me? Was that she was Billy's mom.
But that's not all! She was also the teacher from Powerpuff girls and also a recurring character on Kids Next Door. One of my favorite voice actresses was a part of my childhood and I didn't even notice.

I've had many of these, so I'll just mention one:

So I was watching my brother play Tales of Symphonia for the first time (great game by the way), and I couldn't help but notice that the main character sounded very familiar... until I realized it was the same person who voiced Robin in the Teen Titans cartoon!

...Which is why I'm pissed they changed most of the voices in the sequel. Yes, there were some good voices, but damnit, I could have had Scott Menville and Johnny Yong Bosch, two of my favorite English language voice actors in the sequel to one of my all-time favorite JRPGs!

Remember Vhailor, from Planescape: Torment? He's the voice of the Arbiter from Halo 2, and Sgt Foley from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Oh, and how can a thread like this pass without a mention of the man himself...Tony Jay. The voice of:

The Transcendent One from Planescape: Torment

Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre Dame

Shere Khan from the Jungle Book

The Elder God from the Legacy of Kain series

Megabyte from Reboot

The Lieutenant from Fallout

Basically this guy is the king of the evil voice, and one of the greatest voice actors to grace video games.

The only time you can objectively say subs are better is when 4kids is involved.

4kids: Subs > Dubs
Any Gundam Series not named G Gundam Dubs > Subs
G Gundam SUBS ONLY... my god Mark Gatha can't VA to save his life
Almost all others Subs = Dubs

Though I prefer Dubs.
I actually thought G Gundams dub was pretty good. The only gundam Dub I thought thought was sub par was Zeta Gundam's.

Since we're on the subject of Gundam dubs, did you know Bernie from 0080: War in the Pocket was voiced by David Hayter?

That's right the same person who voices Solid Snake voices Bernie. Completely blew my mind when I found out especially since Bernie doesn't sound like he just smoked a pack of Marlboros.
Another fun one from everyones favorite Solid Snake VA...

David Hayter voiced Lupin The Third in the original Manga Video dub (and hence the Disney rerelease as well) of The Castle of Cagliostro under the alias Sean Barker.

Another good one that blew my fricking mind when I realized it...

Isamu Dyson from Macross Plus is voiced in the English Version by...

Yup... I was pretty surprised but it's definitely him if you listen to the voice.

I remember some character, in some game, sounding just like Julius from Saint's Row 1. I think I'm thinking of the Mass Effect series, but I'm not sure.
i just watched Barbershop on Comedy Central and Julius' voice is in the human in that. i forget all the other shit i've heard him in, but everytime i do,all i hear is Julius.

Norbert from Angry Beavers and Salem the Cat from Sabrina are both Nick Bakay.

My main one is with whoever voices the librarian in the College of Winterhold in Skyrim. I was like "WOAH! That's the same voice actor as the colonel from that Defender remake on the PS2!" Ah, lesser-known games are always the most nostalgic. T'was fun shooting over-size bugs in spaceships with lazers and missiles.

Also, any time Johnny Yong Bosch does anything. First heard him as Lelouch in Code Geass, then both Yu and Adachi in Persona 4 and I was like WOAH. 'Specially since Code Geass is my favorite anime and Persona 4 is my favorite JRPG. :3

just once so far, in Dishonored
after finishing it twice, I was watching an LP of it, and the LPer started talking about the Heart as if it was the Empress. I wrote a comment asking what made him assume that, and much later, in the end of the LP I noticed in the credits that both were voiced by the same person. Still doesn't make me think those two entities are related within the game world, though.

I'm still getting over the fact that the animated joker (Batman, all the video games and the shows) and tigger (Winnie the Pooh) are both voiced by Mark Hamill, aka Luke Skywalker

Travis Willingham. We all know he played Guile, but he also played Roy Mustang, Knuckles and Relius freaking Clover. I can never hear the phrase "be a family man" again after learning that...

Yeah, when I found that out I was shocked too.

But really: Mel Blanc.....

Barney Rubble
Daffy Duck
Tweety Bird
Sylvester the Cat (his actual voice, minus the lisp)
Marvin the Martian
Porky Pig
and of course

Bugs Bunny

ALL the same guy!!!

I mean think about it, if he had lived another ten years Space Jam would have been Mel Blanc and Micheal Jordan with Drew Carey..... For almost the whole film!!!
