Damn how I agree with you on that one. The funny thing is that both are not really that bad. They both have decently original plots and premises and don't fail in any technical respect either. But as fresh and interesting the concepts were in the first ones they were just not meant for sequels.Fabian Stetter said:Movies: ...saw, final destination...
Pretty sure you've got your timeline wrong there man. Harmonix didn't develop guitar hero 3. Neversoft did. Some companies were bought out and Harmonix continued refining their music game ideas with the Rock Band series.Taneer said:For the purpose of shovelling as much shovelware as possible.J03bot said:Left 4 Dead. Not because it was bad, completely the opposite. The sequel just seemed to be too soon, when the first game was (and is) still awesome
Oh, and Cats and Dogs 2. It's not a game, but why the hell is there a sequel coming out?
Anyways, when a game is bad, I just set to ignoring it rather than complaining, but Guitar Hero 3 would be my contender, because I feel that the series peaked around there and GH2, and adding more on has only diminished the enjoyability of the later games, as Harmonix rapidly runs out of good Guitar Songs and just goes back to ripping off Rock Band, which was incidentally made by the people who made the original GH, the concept for which was bought out by Harmonix and shamelessly repeated.
I guess I'm just trying to say, Harmonix needs to die in a fire, their only redemption being GH3, which wasn't their idea to start with.

A better question is why is there a sequa to Cats and Dogs coming out now, isnt that movie nearly 10yrs old?J03bot said:Left 4 Dead. Not because it was bad, completely the opposite. The sequel just seemed to be too soon, when the first game was (and is) still awesome

These two, and FEAR and Silent Hill 8.teutonicman said:Super Mario Galaxy 2. I don't understand why it deserves one, other than to print more money.
