As the arena changed, the bird - named Phyros - and the goat man - named Laminus, looked around with confusion, doubly so when water began pouring out of unseen places. Phyros' gaze soon fell on Blue, watching it with half curiosity, half suspicion, while Laminus continued to look around the changing arena, clapping against the wrist of his cane-holding hand while laughing.
"" Phyros asked Laminus as the announcement of the start of the match was made, cocking his head to the side. He kept his eyes fixed on Blue, watching it. If Blue had a beating heart, a still one, or no heart at all, Phyros would know.
Lamunus only responded with a "" while shrugging once.
Regardless of his findings, when Blue began menacingly approaching the duo, Phyros spread his wings, showing the 160cm wingspan, and leapt up, flying up, not liking where things were going.
Laminus began flicking the charm hanging from his horn as blue approached, but let out a short yelp when he saw Blue forming the icy spear. Having noted there was no way out, Laminus too could see the writing on the wall. While strafing towards the left of the island he stood on, Laminus took hold of his flute, bringing it to hips lips, and played a quick, eight-note long melody. After this, faintly vissible pale-blue lines ran over Laminus.
