Deadeye didn't have enough time to react, so the sniper shot drove right through the left side of his chest. "Argh!" He muttered in pain, as he slowly stood up. Lagunna would see the bullet when through several layers of wired, metal and mircochips, the hole was in a mixture of bleeding and sparking. "Not bad....I don't suppose I could learn the name of my oppentant?" He asked, the sickle part of his arm stuck out and his legs explained 2 small wheels as he drove towards Lagunna, swinging manically.

Laguna ran, summoning his shotgun as he went. "Name's Laguna." He stopped, waited until Deadeye was just out of sickle range, then aimed the shotgun. "You?" He fired.

The shotgun's blast landed mostly into Deadeye's arm, not causing much damage but sent him back slightly, he grinned. "The name is Deadeye, wondered of the Hazama and one with technology" his arm transformed back to the crossbow gun. "And your equal oppentant it would seem" He said, before loading a shooting more rounds at Lagunna, once he finished his spray he drove closer and tried to slide tackle him with his leg.

Laguna tried dodging again, but a shot hit him in the leg. He creid out, but after a second, his usual goofball smile returned, if a bit pained and forced. "Looks that way, huh?" He took out a sticky bomb, but didn't throw it. When Deadeye slide-tackled him in his wounded leg, Laguna fell, but as he went down he managed to drop the bomb on Deadeye.

As deadeye slid, he tired to grasp the bomb off, but due to the stickiness and the fact he was travelling towards the nearest building at the speed of a motorbike. "Well....Fuck!" He said as the bomb went off and he crashed through the wall of a building, causing rumble and dust in his path way.

Oz pushed the sudden woozy feeling he was getting out of his mind for the time being. What is this trick?...Never mind, just kill her quickly. He charged forward towards Carmen once again, swinging at her midsection with his axe as if to try and cleave her in two at the stomach.

"Oz hasn't even landed a single hit yet. You really still think he can win?"
"Of course."

Laguna cheered when he saw the dust cloud. He held his gun above his head and almost jumped for joy, but due to the bolt in his leg he had to settle for a miniscule, almost unoticable hop.

Oz would see him slice Carmen in two just where he wanted, seeing his axe break her magic guard and slice her clean. He'd also hear a death scream ring out from the succubus as her halves fell. However, Carmen had actually used her wings to fly over the slice. Taking a few preemptive steps back, she pointed her dagger at Oz. The spell stored in it via Heresy was shot straight back at the Commander. As she did this, the illusion would be broken and Oz would see her unharmed a few steps away.

A small laughing sound could be heard from the rubble. "Ha hahaha! very good Lagunna..." Deadeye spoke, a bright orange light started to be seen through the gasps in the dust cloud, following by clunking, clicking and ticking which was all due to Deadeye's movements. "But they fights not over Just yet!" He said as he stepped through the dust, reveling his right leg was exposed with wire frames and wires and his left foot in a similar state. Deadeye pulled a cord on his crossbow and started firing explosive pellet like bombs, one after another. He grinned rather manically as he did this.

Legs 47%, arms 84%, chest 71%, rest of body 74%, total body 68% functioning

A small message appeared on his scanner. his aura glowing a orange color.

Laguna's smile fell. [sub]"Ah, crud..."[/sub] He tried to hobble away from Deadeye, his injured leg hampering his movements. Explosions went off all around him, some of them knocking him about, leaving scorch marks, and sending up shrapnel that peirced his good arm. One came dangerously close to blowing him up, leaving him shell-shocked. He got behind a sturdy bit of cover, trying to fight through the pain and clear his head.

Oz smirked as he thought he had claimed victory, but was unpleasantly surprised to find that it was not the case when his own spell slammed into his back. However, his affinity for dark magic and the blue glint in his armor left him with only shallow scratches in his armor and on his face, though his tabard had been completely shredded at this point and was just a few red scraps of cloth clinging to his armor. Taking one of the cloth scraps, he cleaned the blood off of his face a bit, more as a gesture than anything else as he simply kept bleeding. "Well aren't you just full of amusing surprises?" He said, still smiling. Thinking to change up his strategy, he choked up in the haft of his axe and held it with one hand while drawing his dagger with the other. Running towards Carmen once again, he swung to diagonally slash her across the torso from right to left, going downwards with his axe, following up her anticipated dodge by moving to stay with her and swinging horizontally from left to right across her gut with his dagger.

Deadeye continued to give a bit of a manic laugh. "Your not giving up now are you?" He asked as his scanner picked up Lagunna's body heat and locked on to his cover. "I'm Not Finsihed yet!" He said as he launched a few more explosive pellets.

Carmen gripped her dagger a little harder as she saw Oz grip his axe differently. [color=bb0066] That ring of his... I thought I could do enough to halt it's powers... but it seems not.. [/color] She flapped backward during the first strike, and managed to react quickly enough to block the second strike dagger to dagger. Oz's strength caused her to careen in the air for a few moments before she flapped her wings to right herself, still a little dazed by the spinning.

[color=bb0066] "So rough~... I try to please..." [/color] She lazily swished her hand in the Commander's direction, making a small, but concentrated gust of wind fly toward his ringed finger, attempting to sever it from his hand.

OoC: @Hatchy I saw an oppurtunity, and I took it.

Laguna hobbled away once more when he saw more explosive pellets heading his way. Instead of seeking cover, he stood out in the open, bruised and battered but confident. "Me, give up?" He summoned the Ragnarok Cannon, placed it on the ground, and started charging. "Not in a million years." He fired, and the cannon expelled a massive laser, heading right for Deadeye.

Deadeye's eye widen and he smirked rather manically. "GOOD TO HEAR!" He said as his mech glove turned into a dish like shield and he braced himself for the laser, as it connected with it, Deadeye struggled to keep his balance, the metal on his body started to shake and crack under the pressure, finally being pushed back and the ground ripped up slightly where his feet was dug in the ground. once the laser had finished/ran out, Dead was stood crouching forward slightly panting, his left arm he used to block was half destroyed and steaming. "Well there goes that hand..." He said as he moved the only two fingers that remained. his crossbow adjusted slightly to be more of a string pull back system.

Laguna dispelled the cannon, threw a ssticky bomb at Dead, and got to cover as fast as he could.

Oz's Magebane Band began to glow once again and his armor took on a blue glint as Carmen's attack struck him. The concentrated nature of the spell caused it to cut his finger off, but he suffered no other collateral damage from the attack. He dropped his dagger and clutched his hand as he spat out out-dated curses. "I'll have to treat you special now because of that." He said, his tone a mix of amusement and anger. Picking up his dagger again, he hurled it at Carmen's gut before running in once again and pouncing, aiming to decapitate her with a swift, strong swing of his axe.

Deadeye quickly loaded and shot the bomb with an arrow in mid air, letting it sail to the side. "Well, no pointing in holding back now" He said with a dead serious tone, he tapped his eye patch with his digit finger which would reveal his left eye to be completely black with a couple of white swirly lines in it. "Releasing the insanity!" he said with a manic look, as his should made a click and a whirl like a disc started to play. Lagunna would be able to hear music, seeming to be comes from Deadeye's shoulder blade.

"The bass, the rock, the mic, the tremble..." He crossbow arm fired quicker then before onto Lagunna position, a random mixture of bullets, arrows and explosive pellets. "I like my coffee black just like my metal!" he continued to speak, his smirk and stare continued to be manic.

Carmen smiled again as she extended her hand toward the speeding dagger as she looked directly at Oz's chest. [color=bb0066] "A snakebite to the neck, more pleasant than most... 9th circle... Treachery!" [/color] She shot a small purple beam out of her hand and it hit the dagger. In a flash of purple light, the succubus and the dagger switched both position and direction. The dagger flew toward Oz's chest as Carmen flew to the side and brought her dagger up to block Oz's strike. A magic circle appeared to block it and it fizzled a bit as the attack hit it. It eventually stabilized, though noticeably weaker than before.

"I think you need a shrink, dude!" Laguna said, fear creeping into his voice as he hobbled away from the position that was being bomabarded. He drew his sniper and shot at Deadeye while still on the move, but he couldn't avoid all the random flak Deadeye was putting out, A bullet struck him in the gut, and an exploding bolt went oiff behind him, propelling him forward and behind a sturdy wall but severly damaging his legs.
