Etna noticed Nemisis was back for some reason. She went over to her, partly to see why she had showed up, but mostly so she could just show off her new toy. "Hi there! So nice to see one of the few people I've met on this mud-ball that I can still stand." She said to her, genuinely glad to see her. She noticed that Tophat had been shining and frowned. Well that was annoyingly familiar.
@Outis: I've been thinking about renting Borderlands 2, mostly because after Borderlands 1 I'm not nearly enthusiastic enough to want to buy it...

Also, have not been paying attention (as usual) so what's the deal with Tophat? Why does he float and have a camera?
I didn't play the first one for a few reasons, mostly because I heard the single player was not that good. But from what I have heard of this game, it is a vastly improved game. They seemed to address and fix a lot of the problems with the first game.Drakmorg said:

"Oh not too bad. Finally got to kill someone who'd been getting on my nerves for quite a while, so that's been nice. Of course it has been unbelievably boring since then. @Gear: That...actually doesn't fill me much confidence. Are you saying that the main story is crap, but the characters are better (some of them at least) and the combat is now bearable? Because that's how I took it.

@Drak Combat's basically the same, characters are allright, and the story is actually pretty good. Don't want to spoil anything, but there are a few pretty teary moments. Oh, and by the way, the bad guy, Handsome Jack? MY GOD HE'S SUCH A DICK. Seriously, it's like if Hazama bought out EA and made them build death robots that run on liquifeid baby seals.

OoC: @Zeph Oh god. I'm playing it right now, just reached a pretty sad part of the story, and then Jack calls me on the ECHO saying he would play a violin sarcastically if he could find it, but he can't. So I get back to the hub, and he calls again, plays it for like 2 seconds, and then says "Screw you, it would have been hilarious five minutes earlier!" I'm laughing through my tears thinkin GODAMMIT I WANT TO KILL YOU STOP BEING FUNNY YOU PRICK!
