The man again woke up this time from being knocked unconscious as he was whisked away by the others he stumbled out to where the others were still a little groggy
Jacques noticed the woman that he had met before wave at him and tipped his hat as he rode closer.
"Bon apres-midi, madamoiselle. I see that I have missed much, even since we boarded that little tub. Where is holy God's name are we? What are these gargantuan struactures?"

"Of course not. No honor in killing a coward. No worth to him. Besides, he needs a beating. He has become to arrogant and happy in abusing our kindness. A thrashing shall teach him." he turned to the male scout. "and what makes YOU think you can actually fly a plane? You're just a spawnling with an arrogance borne of being able to avoid unfavorable conflict. No real hunter in you."
Tao dodges the punch and scratches the scout with her claws. "No need to be all mean...um....baseball guy!" She said grinning, then ran away from the scout-s.

OOC: I have not yet fully worked this character out myself but this should give you some idea.

The old man is in some ways still human, however he is quite a bit tougher than a normal person and is Very old and still very mortal. He is a rather gentle person preferring to avoid conflict and dislikes pointless waste of life but due his rather lonesome existence, he has grown distant and slightly mad(sign of which is a disturbing amusement from the conflict of others or randomly messing with people's minds), so he may on occasion commit cold and harsh actions. At some point in his life he made a contract of sort that tasked him to wander an eternity, observing and recording. He was transported to the distant past (to the point where life became sustainable on this rock) and more or less left to his own devices. During his long life he has several being of great power (basically gods of old). To help him in this task, his extremely violent side was locked to the darkest pits of his mind and he was given the ability to manipulate the perception of others. During his long life he has learned several tricks on his own: telepathy, additional psychic manipulation forms, basic reality manipulation(eg traversing through, hiding in pocket dimensions) and has acquired the allegiance of ravens to be his eyes and ears where he himself can not be present. His more violent side, which has now emerged holds mastery of close combat, preferring daggers and the staff. He will definitely be willing to use the more powerful and harmful abilities than the 'old man' personality.
