The lizard collapses, a sign of it dying being the skin on its melted face finally slowing until it stops, and it gurgles out something about us being murderers.

Nova sighed relief at the dead lizard as her pistol/rifle haxcross reverted back to her original shortswords. The swords themselves had a dim red glow that faded.

Axel's last punch coincided with the lizard monster dying, so naturally he felt that he deserved all the credit. He jumped up on top of the thing and struck a triumphant pose. "And that is how the Dark Hero does things! Any questions? I'll be here in case anyone wants an autograph or their picture taken with me....Just make sure you've got your check-books."
Grey smoothed down his hair.

Link drops to the floor and wanders away to a room he assumes is his. he takes of his boots and flops onto the bed falling asleep instantly hoping that this strange place doesn't have any annoying fairies that'll wake him up to early.
