Cloud notices the swords glowing. Does she have materia? If so, I should be cautious. I didn't bring any...
"So, you don't belong here, either... I'm getting more and more curious about this place with each passing moment. I do hate mansions. Something bad will happen here, I suspect. Maybe I should find this master and make him tell me what he intends."

As Axel wondered around the mansion he's eventually come across a window at some point because who ever heard of a windowless mansion...

Anyways when he made it to a window he'd see that there was something coming off in the near distance. As he could potentially look, he'd see that a couple of spruce trees had fallen as the rolling ball came closer to the mansion.

*the old man, seeing as there is nothing else to be done and nowhere else to go for the time being, returns to the mansion. a raven lands on his shoulder*
That is indeed something new *he said with a grin* At least it was not one of the brothers
*the old man sits back on the staircase, still observing all around him*

Nova nodded... Then yawned. "Perhaps... For later... It's too late for that right now..."

She turned towards the hallway leading back to her room. "For now, I'm going to sleep. Good night Cloud." she then walked away to her room.

Cloud shrugs. He makes his way to a room that seemed unoccupied and got ready for bed. "I really hate mansions." He said to himself one last time.

OoC: And I need to go, so sadly, I can't get involved in any more stuff.

Axel noticed something massive heading for the mansion at high speeds. His brain went into the usual routines for when such a thing happened to him, making him panic and run away as fast as he could through out the mansion, past pretty much everyone that was still awake.

Nova looked at her bed, and frowned slightly. Her swords continued their dim red glow as a short message was played in a familiar voice.

"[sub]Nova... November, my daughter can you hear me?[/sub]"

"Mo-Momma..?" But before she could completely call back, Nova collapsed on the bed exhausted.

"[sub]Don't worry my child... I'm here. As am I. Don't forget about me!<3 How about some love for the uncle eh? I'm here too. We are all here for you Nova...[/sub]"

OoC: And with that bit of foreshadowing.. I'm off. Good night folks.

Saito was walking around the mansion when the cocky bastard known as Axel sprinted past him, eyes alight with fear. "Hey what's happening?!" he called after him.

"Something's headed this way!" Axel shouted back at Saito without so much as slowing his stride.

Rammus continued up the hill towards the mansion, as it finally pushed passed the clearing it uncurled and landed with a pretty decent thud as it looked around at the large house. "Alright..." it said in a low rumble as it started walking to the mansion, its glowing red eyes looking curiously at the mansion.

The predator dropped down in front of this strange creature. Oh, what prey it would make. Still, he had promised the little blade that it would not kill until tomorrow, and needs must be met if honor would be kept. he turned to this beast and held out one hand in a hope to convince the... thing to stop.

"Hero my ass" he muttered. "Let's go check it out Derf."
"Lead on partner", replied Derflinger as Saito drew his partner and ran in the opposite direction of Axel.

Rammus saw the predator land in front of it, and stopped its advance for the mansion. It looked the strange creature in armour in front of it, and didn't recognize the Predator. "Yeah..?" It spat out at the predator, ready to powerball the predator in the face if the Predator did anything to attack it.

more of the strange language. it didn't help at all that he couldn't speak to it, with only its clicking tongue. it really needed to learn this one if it wanted to keep moving. The predator simply tried to gesture out no breaking walls, pantomiming the monster rolling through the walls before making negative gestures.

*as he sat there, going unnoticed by all, he wondered whether it His doing, the one, who so often went everywhere with an ukulele. that entity sowing primal paranoia with every word.
suddenly he found himself singing a part of tune in that archaic tongue of his*

-rough translation- "Come on down to the other side, come with us through the gates of hell. We will drag you from where you are to where you belong"

*he decides to send the raven to look for Roland, one of the few beings here who could recognize his presence*

Oh come on! That's not even fair...
Axel wandered back over to the entrance of the mansion in a sulk. Why'd I have to end up around so many humans? They're such sticks in the mud.
"Hey creepy old guy." He said as he passed the old man sitting on the stairs.

 

[Zepherus14]

Rammus' head tilted ever so slightly at Predator's noise. It raised one hand and curled all but the thumb, and said. "Ok..." Its glowing eyes still trained on Predator as it passed by Predator as it waddled to the mansion's doors.

As Saito ran down the stairs he his felt his legs be hit my something and he feel. He put out one hand in front of him as he was falling and vaulted off the remaining stairs coming to mess on the ground. Uninjured he looked up to see an old man sprawled on the staircase above him. He ran up to help him, "Are you okay old man? I'm sorry for hitting you I didn't see you there."

The predator stared after the little armadillo as it rolled away. not a bad sort, certainly worthy enemy if it ever got on its bad side. Nodding that it had stopped more trouble for the little mansion, it went back to the forest, having to pick a different tree then the one that had been knocked down by the creature.

*the old man, slightly surprised by the fact this new being is aware of him, replies*
Another of peculiar origin ... what do you seek young one, more importantly how is it that you are not affected the manipulation aura.
