Ba'Gamnan walked across the street, not showing that he knew he was being folowed. "Yer still bein'followed, but the one tailin' ye is scalin' the walls. The explosives won't work like this." Gijuk remarked, tracking Yukimaru's moment.
Ba'Gamnan snickered as he turned to the right, now next to the building Gijuk was in. Going through another alleyway, he eventually came out at a small square in buildings. "Then we spring our other trap."

Here, Yukino might feel the precense of ten people, plus Gijuk, positioned in the adjacent buildings.

[Random berk]

With three Brawlers and Mercer tearing through the population in the streets, the casualties were enormous. Hundreds lay in great piles either pulverised by giant fists, crudely dismembered by bites, or cleanly sliced to pieces by Mercer. Those who were not killed immediately tried to flee but the Brawlers pursued them, bearing down on their prey in great bounds. Mercer grabbed a small, beat up family vehicle by its bumper and hurled it down the street, bowling over and crushing a dozen people.

Black's face dropped slightly. "Aw....shit..." She said to Bryce, then jumped off the roof and ran towards the Inn.

"Oh." Rozalin simply replied to Black. "No need to apologize. It seems you only had my best interest at heart, so you have my thanks. I will have to remember to thank Yukino as well." She saw Valvatorez walk over and said, "Oh, there you are. I hadn't seen you in a while, you almost had me worried. From what I can tell, someone attacked this place we were residing in. I don't think anyone was too badly hurt, but whoever did it seems to be gone now." Seeing no one else rushing to help Blondie carry Royce, she sighed and volunteered.

Yukimaru just kept following Ba'Gamnan across the rooftops.

"Hey, you guys pull Eve out of the explosion?" he looks over to the inn.

...We really need to get better at this...

Majeh stood on a nearby rooftop, Eve draped over his shoulder. "Well... I guess I'll make my move, now." He said with a smile, as he placed her down on the roof, and quite suddenly seemed to disappear.

Valvatorez nodded to Rozalin and turned to Fenrich "You see what you've done? We missed a battle while we were away!"

Fenrich frowned "I regret that as much as you my Lord..."


Seeing Royce being carried away, Valvatorez ran up to the group carrying him "Have some sardines, they'll help the healing process!"

Holly waved to Valvatorez and Fenrich. "Hey Val...Hey Fenrich!" She said smiling.

Caesar slowly claps his hands as Black runs off, getting 2 or 3 claps in before following her. He quickly shoved his way into the remains of the inn, jumping up to the floor her room is on. As he did this, he said "you know, someday we won't leave someone when we retreat from a building." he stops once he sees Majeh with Eve.

Yukino sensing the enemies speeds up and lands relatively close to Yukimaru while still invisible. Yukimaru would hear her voice like a whisper in the breeze, distinct but soft. [color=BB66BB] [small] "It's an ambush, prepare yourself..." [/small] [/color] With a woosh, the foxgirl takes one long leap over on top of the building Gijuk was in, waiting for a bit.

"You know it's hard to grab EVERYONE! when your the only one saving people..." Black replied bitterly to Caesar, she scanned the Inn with her tracker but found no one bodies. "Well...she isn't in there....so you can back off me now"

 

[Random berk]

In less than ten minutes, it was over. The street was empty, and the Brawlers that had massacred the civilians alongside Mercer were gone, chasing the few civilians that had survived into other populated streets. Mercer stood alone, blade soaked with blood, knee deep in severed body parts. Over a thousand people had died in just a few minutes. Now that the hives wereactive, and producing Brawlers, that death rate would only increase.

The doctoring light bulb came up to Valvatorez "Incorrect sardines do not help the healing process unless your healing factor rely on Omega 3 fatty acids" Archimedes was looting some more buildings out of sight

"Thanks princess." Blondie said as he brought Royce to the roof.

@Salty: Huzzah for Deus Ex Machina!

"I do not believe he can hear you right now." Rozalin politely said to Valvatorez as he offered sardines to the unconscious Royce. She simply nodded to Blondie as she set Royce down with the others. She didn't pay much mind to Eve suddenly being on the rooftop, as she hadn't noticed that she was absent to begin with. She then set about looking over the unconscious folk and checking to make sure they weren't injured.

Yukimaru heard Yukino and nodded her head. Her eyes darted about more as she paid more attention to her surroundings as she continued to tail the Bangaa.

 

[Chungus]

"Bah! I lost 'er. Should be on the roof to yer left though." Gijuk informed while looking around, finger on the trigger of his rifle.
"Then we wait for them to come to us. Them's exploves over there ready?" Ba'Gamnan asked, walking into the doorway of the building infront of him.
"Of course! Wot do ye take me for?!"
Ba'Gamnan only snorted in responce to his brother's reply, drawing his buzzsaw weapon and activated it. [sub]"Come out 'n play, little ones..."[/sub]

Although the pressences of the others could be felt, no one except Ba'Gamnan, and maybe Gijuk, were within sight.

"Thanks princess." Blondie said as he brought Royce to the roof.

@Drak: Well, Majeh was in the inn I suppose...

Valvatorez looked offended when the lightbulb spoke to him Nonsense! In addition to the Omega 3 fatty acids, Sardines contain a great many things a body needs to stay healthy, and when a body is healthy it heals faster!"

Looking over at Holly, Valvatorez said "Hello, lass"

Fenrich scowled at Holly "You will not call my Lord "Val" you may call him Lord Valvatorez!"

"Nonsense Fenrich, she may give me a nickname if she likes. I find it rather amusing."

Valvatorez nodded to Rozalin "I see, I shall offer them to him once he wakes up."

 

[FPSfanatic]

"I know Black, sorry. Bryce's emotional state was breaking through, and it was either scathing sarcasm or fits of tears. I decided to go with the one that would bother everyone less. She's fine though." he points up through a broken part of the inn to Majeh. "Still, that was a close one. If Eve had died, I'd have needed to yank a revolver out of Bryces mouth." Caesar sighs and sits on the floor, and the blackened bone slowly retracts to reveal a badly scarred chest, with strange rings around both arms.
OoC brb, need to drive home, be about half an hour, 10 minutes either way.
