@Fur: Thanatos, the starter persona if I recall correctly. The one with coffins all around it.

"That would be a poor design for a helmet. Being able to communicate with your allies is vital to victory, in some situations. Wouldn't you agree?" Majeh said, not sure what to make of the man.

OoC: @Erica: "Punishment? I can't be judged. Something about a sin taken far enough is sort of a virtue... And I certainly haven't been banished..."
@Furi: Raisins is my intel guy.

OoC: @Dot, huh, kinda (NOT the starter though, starter is Orpheus, though he shows up in the beginning for plot reasons)

"...I'm looking for the person who killed my family, zam." Yukimaru said to Rex after a few moments of tightly clenching her fist.
Rozalin pondered Bryce's question as she headed back to the inn. "You mean the girl I was muttering about before? It's that...Riven, I think her name is. When I told her about how I thought my father loved me, she claimed he was just keeping me as some kind of pet. That's the reason I so foolishly challenged her to a duel." She solemnly answered Bryce.

Yukino jumps down of the guy and lands next to Majeh. "Only if you're actually working with others on your mission. Going it alone, an open aea by your mouth just leaves your jaw open. So I guess this guy's just a loner."
Rex pauses for a moment, then nods a bit. Just like the fox... "...I'm sorry to hear that, Yukimaru. For what it's worth, I hope you rip the guy apart."

@Majeh: "Oh. Looks like our solidarity only goes so far..."
@Fur: Ah, I see. Thanks for the correction. I'm gonna play P3 via emulator once I finish P4 once.

"Huh. What a dickhead." Bryce said. "I mean, why is it we attract people who missed life's lesson on tact?"

Majeh shrugs. "Still need to eat, though. And being able to talk has other benefits. In fact, I think you'd have to design it specifically to prevent you from talking which sounds like it would be a liability in other ways as well." He starts off towards the inn.
"Anyway, I think I'll hit the hay."

OoC: @Erica: "Well, there's a reason for... Well, that has yet to be explained..."
Yeah, it's late. Going to bed.

Yukino waves bye to Majeh as he walks away. "Nighty night!" Sighing a bit, she stretches out a bit and begins practicing with her sword.

"I appreciate your sympathy, zam. And I aim to give it my best shot, zam. At least then I can die without regret, zam." Yukimaru said as she slowly un-clenched her fist. She let out a yawn and said, "I believe I'll try and get some sleep now, zam. Who knows what might be waiting for us tomorrow, zam." She gave Rex a farewell bow, then headed to her room and fell asleep.
"Indeed. It is certainly unpleasant to have to deal with such vulgar folk. But I shall simply have to grit my teeth and deal with it." Rozalin replied to Bryce. Once they were in sight of the inn, Rozalin stopped in front of Bryce, turned to face him, then said with a smile, "Thank you, again, for everything today." Turning back around and starting to move once again, she said, "And goodnight!" She headed to her room, making a note to thank Yukino tomorrow as she passed her. Once in her room, she took a long bath, then promptly went to bed.

OOC: I'm off to sleepy-town now too. G'night folks!

OoC: Good to see you, didn't run off. Sadly, a bunch of us are probably going to bed, right now.
See ya tomorrow!

OoC: Oh shi- the time... Night.

Yukino sighs as she leaps up onto the rooftops looking for more infected to slash up.
Rex waves bye to Yukimaru and lays himself out on the floor by the couch Echo and Holly slept on.

OOC: A couple of things in relation to the chat since I left last night.

First of all, Slenn is right, viral DNA is very basic compared to humans. Furthermore, a virus doesn'tshow all of the characteristics needed to classify something as 'living'. Viruses are not technically alive. Now, I personally don't believe in the existence of the soul at all, or at least not as a separate entity from the mind that could be 'detected' but if I did, I would argue that a virus could not have one.

Also, my characters powers.

Alex Mercer has been decribed as one of the most powerful video game characters ever. He can throw a tank like it was a small toy, leap to the top of most of the smaller buildings in NYC with a single jump. He can attack with almost any weapon you can think of that can be produced by his mutations, and also fight better with regular weapons than any human could. His shapeshifting nature means that he's damn near immortal, since the only way to kill him is to incinerate every molecule of him (almost impossible since he has so much and can replenish it by consuming organisms) or by weakening him and consuming him with another of his kind. Easily 10/10.

Adam Jensen is auged to give him every possible advantage over human enemies. He's stronger, more athletic, he can survive any fall and breathe in hazardous environments. He can cloak, see through walls, punch through walls, shoot straighter than any human is capable of, and can deliver an unarmed beating with robotic efficiency. He does however, have notable weaknesses, relying very heavily on his augs and they still only make him above human level, he can't compare to the more Godlike characters here. 6/10 at the most.

@Ven Good afternoon.:)

OoC: Hello @Ven and @Random! @Random Also, I think 10/10 only applies to god characters; and isn't a god. So I say, he's a in between a 9 and a 10.
OOC: He's pretty close. And remember, we're officially not supposed to have actual Gods. Its a pretty arbitrary value in any case.

OoC: The scale is kind of off anyhow, since everyone will have different views on the difference between 8-9, 9-10, 3-4, etc

OOC: All Primarchs are 10/10 I think. Idranel is a solid 7/10 due to her frailty but this is offset by her powers.

Also I need a run down of locations since I missed alot.

OOC: I would put 1-2 as non-com humans, like Erica and Gerry from WAOA 3. 3-5 would be human soldiers of varying abilities like Will Sherman, or Royce. All the badass normals would go here, with the most ridiculously kickass ones in 5. Augmented humans or lesser superhumans would go in 6, like Jensen, while characters like Dromaeus- very powerful fighters with a range of special tricks- would go in 7-8. Stupidly powerful characters above that would go in 9, and ones who are effectively immortal get to 10. That sound about right?

OOC: @Ven the inn somewhere in a deserted street in the upper city still seems to be the focal point... wait, that ruined inn was lower city, wasn't it? This new place, is it just the next one we cleared out? Surely in the upper city it'd be more a shiny 4 star hotel than an inn, right?
