Ending my practice for now, I laid down on the ground, thinking to myself.

OoC: So... With Blazblue Chrono Phantasma already own in arcades in Japan, I looked at Bullet's profile again. LOL, she hates mini skirts (or skirts in general)

Jensen lit up a cigar and leaned against a wall, not speaking to the others. The incident the previous night had left him with a bad taste in his mouth, and he didn't want to have anything to do with them for the present time. Before he had taken more than two drags, however, his HUD rangefinder lit up with a host of markers, moving in formation. From the size of one of them, they seemed to have a mechanised unit moving with them as well.

"Heads up, we've got company!" He shouted, throwing the cigar away. "Looks like the army are moving in!"

Mercer dropped into the streets and began to assume the form of Ellis Reading again.

Valvatorez nodded "Alright, what brings you here?"

Fenrich asked "Why can't you tell us?"

Upon hearing the cyborg, I got up and looked around. Getting up, I held my sword at the ready.

"Magic of course! I got bored one day and teleported myself here." Aisha explained to Valvatorez. Turning to Fenrich she said. "It's a figure of speech. I couldn't tell ya, 'cause I don't know."

After hearing Jensen, she sighed. "Oh well. Here we go."

 

[Furioso]

Valvatorez said "Ah, I see." before walking over to Jensen "What army?"

Fenrich followed Valvatorez, cracking his knuckles in anticipation of the fight. He thought to himself What a strange girl. Does she really not know?

The Eldar were using a tactic that even humans used. The outstretched arm of Idranel, the Autarch and an ancient Wraithlord, was the arm of piece while the other hand was balled into a fist to strike if needed.

The farseer closed here eyes and allowed the two beside her to protect her if needed while she quickly scanned how this meeting may turn out. She saw the result that was most desirable but also results of blood and carnage in the face of stoicism. She would avoid these.

"I don't know, probably the one that you attacked the other day?" Jensen replied. "Whoever it is, there's a lot of them coming this way, with armour to support them. That way." He jerked his head in the direction that the HUD said the Eldar were approaching from.

Whatever the case, if they pose a threat, or perhaps being a worthy opponent...

Aisha sighed and waited for something to show up.

Idranel was the first to come into view but the resplendant wings of the Autarch quickly overshadowed her appearance. Her eyes remained as piercing and wise as ever while the faceless Wraithlord strode beside them.

So unassuming. These people. No idea of what damage they could do. Stop them with words here or violence later. It had been the desicion of the council.

The Seer Council quickly concealed their postion with their powers, shielding themselves and the Dire Avengers from sight.

Idranel had no desire to set the Aspect Warriors upon these people but would if she must.

Woah, big guys... But still, the League had prepared me against such opponents. Once again, if they threaten...

"Huh. Big mechs.... Meh." Aisha shrugged.

Valvatorez waived to the Eldar "Hello there! Come to join our group?"

Fenrich sighed

"Not this time, Valvotorez." Idranel said coming to a stop. her two aids stopping also. "I deliver you all an ultimatum. One that you must consider most heavily"

OOC: I prefer the term construct for Wraithlords.

Valvatorez looked confused "What? I don't believe we've met, what do you mean "this time?" What ultimatum?"

OOC: @Dirty He has a task ahead of him, and he's intent on doing it.That's why he wouldn't just stop and fight the first person he sees.

As Mercer's transformation finished, he saw the hideous creatures emerge snarling from the shadows, drooling between teeth that were far too long for them to open their mouths effectively.
"What the hell are these things?" He muttered to himself as they shambled closer. Glancing around, he saw that they were moving to surround him, and as one threw itself at him with gnarled hands outstretched, he spun on the balls of his feet, the katana leaving his shoulder and flicking out to arms length. The blade burned through the skinny neck of the lead creature and sent its ugly head rolling, and Mercer brought the blade around and down over his head, cleaving the next closest demon in half. Two more lunged, but he held one at bay while booting the other one into its fifth companion and sending them both sprawling. Dispatching the third with a swift diagonal blow, he laid the sword down, and walked over to a car parked at the kerb. Grabbing the bumper he lifted it into the air, then brought it down on the two tangled demons with a resounding crash.

Mercer approached the Eldar with the others.
"Who are you? What's this ultimatum about?" he demanded.

Unless they can back up that ultimatum....

Aisha's ears perk up slightly.

"I am Idranel. Farseer of Ulthwe." She gestured towards the Autarch. "Autarch Lynael, militairy commander."
Then the massive Wraithlord twisted its huge head inquisitively. "And an ancient....Lord Tarthus." he voice changed to sombre when she adressed the Wraithlord. "To be plain I have seen a horrific time ahead for this place, this misery shall filter through to events and influence fate." There were no demans first she simply opened her palms. "Leave this place. you do not belong and you do not know the damage you are causing and will cause."

 

[Random berk]

Jensen spoke up.
"The damage we will cause? Don't know if you've noticed, but this place has become pretty much a ghost town already. We're the only people here fighting AGAINST the people responsible for this city's troubles."

Mercer turned towards the sound of the clapping, reassuming his normal form.
"How did you guess?" He responded dryly. "More importantly, who are you, and why should I not devour you for daring to send your pets against me? I assume those things were your work?"

You don't say, but this is the only place we have a lead to get home. What a load of bullshit.

Aisha sighs. Great more of these people. They are just like the immortal Zenmina race.... Can't frickin' argue with them...
