<color=red>"Hands off him, abomination!" Reimu said once she saw Archie being grabbed. And she teleported to the side to fire her Demon Sealing Dimensional Rift. A standard attack consisting of 5 or so energy needles specifically designed for demons. <color=red>Finally, a fight against a familiar type.

Marisa attempted to fire some bolts of lightning at the eyes of the demon.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Bryce quickly performed a teleport through the window, on top of the demon's head. Looking for a change of pace, he extended his claws and jabbed both central sections of his claws onto the eyes.

 

[Outisakanobody]

"Don't have to worry." Echo said to Rex as she went to a window to watch what was happening with the thing outside. She sent a cloud of distracting sparks to cover the daemons face.

OOC: We'll say the sparks will last three turns.

 

[Chungus]

"I see. So events such as these are common then?" Yeul asked Rex, sitting down on her knees and placing her hands on them.

OoC @Drak: By the way, that battle music is teh shiz.

Rex nods toward Yeul. [color=008888] "The equivalent of our group's luck is a mile's worth of black cats crossing your path... twice. It's like we're a magnet for evil demons, psychos and the like. But we aren't in our own world, so I guess it's just trying to kick us out. It kind of makes sense, y'know?" [/color]

Seeing Echo send out some sparks, he smiles a bit. [color=008888] "I see... Not bad, Echo." Probably could've used that for the ..."stealth" run yesterday... [/color]

 

[Drakmorg]

Yukino's slash left a deep cut in Baciel's right arm, causing sparks to dance off as it scraped up against the beast's arm-mounted cannon.

Reimu's needles all jabbed into Baciel's left shoulder. "Fine! You want him? Catch!" It shouted at Reimu as it hurled Archie at her like a stick.

The efforts of Bryce, Marisa, and Echo left Baciel blind. "Gah! You bitches! Why the eyes?! Screw it, I don't need to see to kill you all!" It swiped it's left arm over its head to knock Bryce off, then leaped high into the air. "Widespread destruction! Extinction Beam!" It shouted as it aimed it's cannon straight down. The cannon glowed purple for a moment, then a large number of purple lasers rained down on the street in front of the inn, directly threatening just about everyone outside. As the lasers struck, they instantly created small explosions, and the massive amount of them caused the street and the front of the inn to get torn to shreds. After the Extinction Beam, Baciel fell back down to the ground, tearing up the street even more as it crushed the pavement underneath it.

EDIT: Oops, forgot for a mo' there. Group 1, go.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Oh god the Pain! I think my freaking leg broke" Archimedes took off and went next to the gun on the beast's arm. He started planting explosives on it

 

[Saltyk]

"Shit! Not enough time to dodge this one." Majeh said as the Death Blast came near him. He guarded with his blade as it struck, resulting in a massive explosion. As the dust cleared, Majeh could be seen radiating Dark Energy. "Bastard."

Spoiler: Heaven's Slaughter

Blood, ran down his face and body. "Okay... This is getting annoying." He evaded the various Extinction Beams using the enhanced speed facilitated by Heaven's Slaughter.

He stopped next to the giant Demon and sheathed his sword, and ended the effect of his technique. He brought his arms together in a cross overlapping at the wrists. A bright light appeared beneath the Demon. Bringing his left hand to his right wrist, he smirked. "Terminate!"

This resulted in a powerful blast of Chi.

[Chungus]

Seeing the lasers rain down, Caius softly hmph'd and held his sword above his head, bending his knees slightly to to brace himself against the impact. When the first laser struck, Caius was slightly staggered by the explosion, but otherwise unharmed. Regaining balance, he moved towards Baciel with great speed, avoiding the laser rain as he went. When near, Caius jumped towards the demon, and slashed upward towards Baciel's throat, slashing from left to right.

"Black cats crossing my path?" Yeul asked, tilting her head slightly, unfamiliar with the concept of black cats bringing back luck.

 

[DotSlash]

Rex scratches the back of his head a bit. [color=008888] "Ah.. right... different worlds, different stuff... To answer your question, yeah, this kind of thing... " [/color] He points out at the explosions outside. [color=008888] " ...happens way too much." [/color]

 

[Drakmorg]

Hearing Archimedes fly next to it, Baciel swung its cannon arm to swat him out of the sky. This however left it open to Majeh and Caius' attacks. Majeh's attack struck it right in the chest, above the sphere seeming to connect its top half from its lower half. Baciel dug its feet into the ground as the force of the attack sent scrapping along the ground, tearing up more of the street as it tried and failed to stand its ground against the blast of chi.

Caius' attack tore into the flesh of Baciel's neck, though at about the point where he would hit the jugular his blade got stuck. Baciel begun to chuckle as it flexed its neck muscles to hold Caius' blade in place. "...Damn, it hurts to laugh." It groaned to itself as it swung its left arm at Caius' aiming to strike him as he attempted to pull his blade free.

Group 2, go!

 

[Chungus]

"I see..." Yeul replied, looking over to the exit of the inn, blinking at each explosion, though her facial expression remained near-indicernable. Looking back to Rex, she asked, "What brought you all to this world?"

 

[FPSfanatic]

Bryce, laying on the ground, had both off his legs lopped off at the knee from the extinction beam. Heedless of the caurterized limbs, he pulled himself up and fired a barrage of hollow bone splinters, dozens, each one carrying a few milligrams of acid. These shots were placed at the demons chest, screaming obscenities as he did.

 

[Slenn]

Reimu, who was being focused on the fight at hand, was able to get out of the way of the lasers, but the explosions forced she and Marisa to retreat farther back. Marisa flew on her broomstick quickly, gritting her teeth.

"Yyyyyyipes! That was close." Marisa held back behind some rubble for cover.

This time Reimu fired her Demon Sealing Dimensional Rift at Baciel's neck.

 

[Outisakanobody]

"Not bad." Echo said confidently to Rex. She silently shrieked when the ground outside the inn was torn up from explosions. She quickly fled from the window and hid in a corner, shivering.

OOC: And I'm pretty much out of the fight.

Rex shrugs again. [color=008888] "Can't talk for everyone, but I came here as a science project. Someone back in my world built a experimental portal machine to other worlds and I volunteered to test it out. Now I'm supposed to find my way back. You may wanna ask the others about why they're here." [/color]

Seeing Echo run from the window, he sighs and walks over toward her. [color=008888] "Don't worry, Echo. I'm not gonna let you get hurt." If I don't screw up... [/color]

Just in case, Rex switches his chain into its gauntlet form and waits a bit.

Yukino scoffs at the beams as she jumps onto a rooftop on the opposite side of the beast. Still smiling widely, she launches an explosive fireball slash toward the cut in Baciel's arm.

"Worry, gonna get hurt." Echo muttered as she shook and hugged her knees.

Bryce and Reimu's attacks struck Baciel, littering its body with more shrapnel. It followed Bryce's example of screaming obscenities.
Yukino's fireball nearly tore Baciel's right arm apart from the inside out. A massive amount of black hued blood was leaking from its arm as it breathing started to become labored.
"How am I getting my ass beaten this badly by a bunch of punks?!" It raised its right arm into the air, causing what was practically a torrent of blood to gush out. With a shout of, "Genocide Saber!" A massive beam of green energy shot out of its cannon. But instead of firing off into the sky, the beam stayed in place, forming an enormous blade composed of super-heated energy. Since it was still blinded, Baciel swung the Genocide Saber around haphazardly, threatening to strike just about anyone who was still hanging around close to it.
