Rozalin finished wrapping up Bryce's wounds after having removed the shrapnel and disinfected them. "And I think we are done now." She announced to Rex and Bryce, nodding at Rex once again for his help. Addressing Bryce solely, she said, "I suppose they do say that practice does make perfect. Just...try to avoid making a habit of collecting shrapnel wounds, would you please?" her voice held a good bit of worry.

Yukimaru looked up from her binoculars and back over at Yukino. [color=01B7FF]"Was anyone hurt, zam? What was the cause, zam? So far there's been no change in movement from the base, zam."[/color]

"Her name'sss Echo!" Holly chimed in for Echo. "At the moment she can only repeat thingsss because of her auntie..." Holly explained to Yeul and Caius. "It will be ok Echo, Ill ask real nicely to your aunt ssso you can ssspeak freely again..." She said to Echo with a small smile.

Black started her sword practice. "[sub]Hmm...shame Yeul can tell when she will strike....Ill have to be always prepared for her....this might be fun....heh...[/sub]" She muttered to herself, slightly positive.

Bryce pulls himself up. "And what, miss helping you confront your daddy? Not a chance in the world, Roz'ika. Thankfully, I got the ingredients right so now it's time to make the bomb we'll hit the base with."

Rex nods as he gets off of Bryce and stands back up. He looks at Bryce, a little annoyed. [color=008888] "What made you think testing a bomb in a small ass apartment was a good idea?" [/color] He looks over at Roz for a moment. [color=008888] Confront her dad...? The way she talks about him, I thought she was really tight with him... so why would she need to confront him about something...? [/color]

Yukino just shrugs. [color=bb66bb] "I didn't hear anyone scream out in pain or anything of that nature, so I'd assume it was nothing major. As for the cause, I have no idea, that's why I came here to make sure things weren't getting completely out of hand." [/color]

 

[Chungus]

"Yes...?" Yeul asking Echo, looking over to her, slightly confused. The fact that Echo now had Caius' voice did nothing to lessen her confusion. When Holly explained what was wrong with Echo, Yeul tilted her head slightly. "I see... Well, it is nice to meet you, Echo."

Caius glared at Echo for a moment as he tried to piece things together. Hearing Holly, he crossed his arms and shook his head slightly. "So that is what that woman meant when she mentioned punishment. How utterly foolish."

 

[Saltyk]

Majeh came up behind Caius. "Leave the girl alone. She's merely an invalid. She can't help it."

 

[Outisakanobody]

"It will be okay." Echo said as she smiled and hugged Holly, her eyes watering slightly. She glared a bit at Majeh.

Holly returned Echo's hug. "Ssshe a real meanie!" Holly agreed with Caius. "I don't like people who hurt my friendsss..."

When Majeh addressed Caius, he turned his head to him and said, "There no harm in asking questions about a unusual topic."

"Nice to meet you." Echo said to Yeul. "Utterly foolish." she said with a nod.

Rozalin looked down and wrung her hands together for a moment as Bryce brought up the subject of her father. "You intend to help me with that? You understand that would require following me to my home-world, correct? There is no guarantee you could return to your own if you did that." She replied to Bryce. Seeing that what Bryce had said had gotten a reaction out of Rex, she added, "And would you mind not speaking about that so openly? It is a rather personal matter after all."

"She can't even speak. You're wasting your breath. She is but a mute. You'd be better served to ask someone else." Majeh replied.
"Honestly, I disapprove of even taking her into conflict. I doubt she even understands what is happening. It would seem cruel to let her be killed in such a manner."

Echo didn't seem particularly happy with what Majeh was saying about her. She stopped hugging Holly and sat back in the couch, frowning slightly.

"It was a small lode. That explosion was a few milligrams. I kind of forgot how it makes shrapnel out of everything. I think some of my mattress got into my face."
Bryce shrugged to Roz. "Well, I don't want to go back home. Might as well check out some other world. Not really sure, to be honest. I'd have to think about it. And sorry, I'll avoid mentioning it."

Rex just scratches his head as he starts walking away from the scene. [color=008888] "Well, whatever you're testing, try to be a little more careful with it, k? I'm gonna go practice for a bit. Later." [/color] He walks through the lobby and heads outside to start his practice.

Yukino gives Yukimaru a :3 face before answering her in a lighthearted tone. [color=bb66bb] "I didn't check at all~~! But they should be fine... [small] I think... [/small] Sure, let's go back. Surely that's better than watching people march for hours on end." [/color] The foxgirl takes a few steps toward the door, waiting for the snow ninja to follow.

"I did not know this when I asked." Caius retorted, regarding Majeh's statement that talking to Echo would be wasted effort. "As for the other matter; I agree that her aunt is a fool to sent her here on her own. Especially if she believes no harm shall befall her, wich seemed the case, given the display a day earlier."

"That is rather assumptuous." Yeul said to Majeh, looking up to him.

 

[Saltyk]

Majeh shrugs to Holly. "Like it matters. I care not if her feelings are hurt. If she dislikes what I say, let her act upon it. Let her speak words that no one else has said. As it is, she's little better than a nuisance." He eyes Echo. "Isn't that right?"

He looks to Caius. "Well, we can't do anything about that. But we shouldn't be taking someone who can barely defend themself into such dangerous situations. It's not good."
Addressing Yeul, he adds, "Like I said, evidence points to that. If she isn't she should overcome her inability and prove otherwise."

Rozalin nodded and smiled at Bryce for a moment. "Well then, thank you. For both matters. I feel I would appreciate your help if you decided to come along with me back to my world. Anyway, I shall get out of your hair for now and let you work." She said to Bryce. She then began heading back to her room.

Yukimaru sighed in response to Yukino, partly due to how she felt about her carelessness for her allies well being, and partly out of relief at the idea of no longer watching the base. [color=01B7FF]"Right, zam. I feel I've been watching these people for so long I could almost guess their names, zam."[/color] She replied as she headed out into the city.
