Caius remarked, crossing his arms again. Near the end, his usual stoic tone showed the feintest sign of grief. Exhaling, he looked over to Yeul, who gave him a feint smile.

Holly continued to walk down the dark hallway, trying to keep her mind off what could lurk in the dark. "[sub]There'ssss nothing there....just my imagination...[/sub]" She muttered to herself, clutching her fist slightly.

Yukimaru simply began to look perplexed as she tried to work out just what the situation was between Black and her 'friend'. [color=01B7FF]"So, she would be happy if you died, zam, but you don't want her punished for something, zam, and you said you were going to save her...my head hurts, zam."[/color] She muttered to herself.

"Well...honestly, no. I do not want to go and interact with that facet of society...but how else am I supposed to find my father?" Rozalin replied as she withdrew her hand from the table and placed it in her lap. "...And it was never like that at my mansion. I was hoping I could simply go back there after finding Father." She said, sounding quite uneasy about her plan now.

Nemesis gave a soft, melodious laugh after hearing Yukino. "Scary? Oh, darling, please. I'm insulted." she said in an amused tone. "Really? Well I hope so. He looks like a ruffian, but I try not to judge on looks." she added.

"I am quite confident she will not parish in this world, my good man." Nem said to Caius in a more serious tone. "But I do appreciate your concern." she added with a wink.

OoC: @Outis: That's BS, man. You never said where Echo went so I kinda had to do something.

Eh? I said she was running down a hallway. But speaking of BS, unless Majeh is Jason Voorhees, he wouldn't be able to catch up to someone who is running when he is walking.

retcon that! I demand a rewrite! Majeh would NOT TALK AT SOMEONE Running away like that! He would stop her to say that. That was a very important statement!

"Everyone from my world is slightly insane, myself included. but some are better at keeping insanity at bay, I have my sword to link to....she links to revenge....I just need to find her and snap her out of it....that is way i will not kill or punish her....because I care for her to much..." she explained, rest a hand against the handle of her blade.

"Well, tell you what. When its done and dusted, if you can't stay at home, and we can go to my place, I've got a bar that's safe, well stocked, and secured. Only people who know its there are military veterans, and they're polite and discreet if nothing else. No one would turn a hair if you started living there as well." Bryce reached into his Duster and pulled out a flask. "Of course, that's a lot of ifs, but it's the least I can offer for ya." He takes a swig from the flask and sighs.

If he could have stopped her, you should have said "He stopped her from running away." instead of just assuming she was already stopped. And what do you mean I never said anything? I said:

"She could meet her end at any given moment." he added, but then looked away. "I have spoken my mind on the matter. Do as you please."

"Yeah...I broke her heart a long time ago....that's the reason..." Black said to Rex, she rubbed the back of her head slightly out of awkwardness. "some people can get very....protective...I drove her to insanity...so she has every right to want me dead..."

"Oh, let's just say I am very confident in her, and myself." she said to Caius.

Yukimaru tilted her head as she only became more confused. [color=01B7FF]"I thought you said she was already insane, zam. How did you drive her more insane, zam?...Also, if everyone is insane where you are from, wouldn't that just make insanity the normal, and thus, sane, zam?"[/color]

"You would really just let me stay with you? I mean, I certainly hope that does not turn out to be the case, but...thank you." Rozalin replied, looking up at Bryce and smiling at him. Her smiled faded as she tentatively said, "I want to ask...why are you doing so many things for me?"

Yukino smiles a bit and playfully curtsies toward Nemesis. [color=bb66bb] "A pleasure to meet the Lovely.... uh..."

Bryce pauses in his drink. "I've got a lot of reasons. You want all of 'em? The main one is that where I'm from, I had to fight to ensure humanity survived when it lost a lot of what it was used to. Most people floundered and died without those things. When we got here, you were just some princess that didn't want to get her hands dirty because dirt was nasty. And now you're a medic, as well as skilled at the use of the machine gun. You earned my respect when you did that. You did what so many other people in my world failed to do. You adapted, even if it was painful and not enjoyable. I highly respect that." Bryce takes his swig, and smiles. "You embody the idea of the breaker, Roz. Strength through adaptation. I love it when I find that same instinct in other people, and I fight to keep it there."

Majeh found Echo, made sure she couldn't get away and went through that whole statement from before. He then walked back.

"If that is what you believe." Caius answered distant-mindedly, having all but lost interest in arguing with Nemesis. Out of the corner of his eye, he looked at Yukino, although his facial expression didn't change. How the mighty have fallen.

@Drak, and well to you for pointing out a small plot hole in the BRS series....
Ill just go with what sounds the most logical considering the series.

"That is because I do blame myself..." Black replied to Rex, then sighed a little. she turned back to Yukimaru. "Ill put it like this, I drove her to insanity, she was attracted to ultimate power. There is a cost of that power, your sanity and something else of your choosing....that or you do a mission for someone like kill another being..." Black took a moment to pause, trying to help Yukimaru less confused. "So, Because of me leading her to insanity, In a way I drove her to the Hazama which is how she has ended up today..." Black explained, then shook her head a little. "If you don't get I will explain it another time....I'm going to get some rest before I go searching for her again....if you two see anything 'necromancer' like...then please do tell me..." Black said, then bowed to Rex and Yukimaru. "Good night you two..." She said as she walked off and back to the Inn/HQ to find her usual sleeping chair.

Holly couldn't face the darkness in the hallway so ran out as quick as she could, she then curled up on the sofa nad tried to forget about it. soon after doing so she fell asleep.

Echo didn't really know what to make of what Majeh said. She didn't trust him very much. He seemed like nothing more than a bully to her. His story, however...He seemed quite sincere when he was telling it. Now she was confused on top of being angry and scared. She sat in the relive dark and thought.

"Nemesis. And you are?" Nem asked Yukino, basically dismissing what Cauis said with a wave of her hand.
