Tophat looked down on the ground, tighting its fists.
"You were a hell of a badass, why'd you have to end it like you did? You..." - It collected itself, swallowing heavily.
"Killing your own officer... Why? Such a damn waste..."
Tophat stayed there for a moment, then moved over to the next stone.

Persephone listened for a bit, but took out the speakers before the song even finished, not liking the feeling of having them in. "Mmm...I think I have heard something like that before...Allow me to try, please." she said as she summoned her guitar again and started to play.

OOC: Only pay attention to the guitar, of course.

Upon the next stone was written:

The text size of the letters carved into the stone had been enlarged to take up roughly as much space as had been taken up by writing on the other stones, due to how few letters there were in comparison.

Jessica sighed and slotted the speakers back into her visor, then shut it off and stuffed it in her pocket before the song completely finished playing. She only listened to Persephone's song with half interest as she played.

"No?" Persephone asked, seeming a little expectant.

 

[Kirke]

Tophat looked down on the ground, and silently mourned that the cheeriest and most innocent stickman that had ever been was dead. His death was a great loss to all who had met him.
OoC: Getting a bit teary eyed actually...

"...It was alright." Jessica replied to Persephone. She then looked away and and crossed her arms, starting taking in the hotel's decoration again.

Ray stood by a decent distance away from Tophat, the tree, and the gravestones. He sighed to himself as he took note of Tophat's posture. Been there before...

 

[Kirke]

Tophat sat there for some time, before finally moving on to the next stone.

"Mmm..." Persephone said, seeming rather disappointed that she had failed to impress Jess.

The next gravestone read:

Lenard Jerome Tanner

Similar to how the text on the previous stone had been enlarged, this one's had smaller typeface to take up roughly the same amount of space on the stone.

"Well, I just came over to see who was playing that music. Guess I'll head back now." Jessica announced to Persephone. Stepping away from the wall and uncrossing her arms, she started heading back to her room.

"I feel I have spoiled your opinion of me by botching our first meeting." Persephone said as she smoked after Jess.

Ness slowly woke up, scratching the back of her head a bit as she shifted. Geez.... I really overdid the whole sleep thing this time... How the hell does Jess sleep 14 hours all the time? The fedora girl calmly donned her fedora before exiting the door.

A portal opened up in the cave again before Yukino walked back out, yawning. [color=bb66bb] Yeah... that was really boring... but at least it was something.. [/color] She looked around to see if Black was still in there.

@Kirke: Sure thing.

"Well, first impressions are generally pretty important." Jessica replied to Persephone as she kept walking. "Plus, no offense, but you're kinda creepy." As she approached her room, she noticed Ness walking out and gave her an enthusiastic wave and picked up her pace a bit.

Yukino would see that Black wasn't at the cave. as Black had been traveling for a few days, heading near Holadino. I need to some how spy on this army, see if I can spot White...maybe kidnap someone? no that's too drastic... She thought to herself, as she was sat on a rock. her map by her side.

Ness nodded a small bit as she took a small step back when Persey warped in front of her. "Well, maybe you should something for me to listen it sometime...?"

Yuki looked over toward Black, daydreaming and smirked to herself. She calmly but stealthily made her way to the tree and laid herself down on the other side of it. [color=bb66bb] "Head in the clouds as usual, huh?" [/color]

Ness yawned a small bit before waving back toward Jess and Persey as they approached. "Hey, you two. Guess I should get back to trying to find that key... Are you going to check on whatever it is you were doing, Jess?"

Yukino sighed and nodded to herself as she noticed Black had run off. [color=bb66bb] Guess she's off doing her own thing... [/color] She sniffed the air a small bit before beginning to move south. [color=bb66bb] Well.... if all else fails, I might find fedora somewhere near by. [/color]

Bryce pulled himself out of bed, heading into the bathroom to look into the mirror. After staring for a few moments, he would seem to age several years, go from an indeterminate age to late 40's. satisfied, he pulled on a black t-shirt, some jeans, and left the room, not equipping himself with his usual duster and gear. He wandered over to where the group was talking, curious as to what was going on.

"Envy? I think I might know that guy. Did he have women's clothes on and hair that made him look like he was wearing a plant on his head?...Also, any word back on how that's going yet?" Jessica transmitted back to Rita in reply. Her gaze had shifted to the floor as she telepathically spoke with Rita, but she looked back up when Ness spoke to her. "Apparently so. That's what got me out of bed today. Also, I'd like to say that it's not, uh, Persephone's teleporting that creeps me out."

Ness nodded a small bit as she took a small step back in response to Persey warping in front of her. "I see... Maybe I'll be able to listen to something of yours soon."

Yuki found her way to Black and stealthily made her way to the tree and turned herself into a fox. She lied down a bit close to the girl.
