After roughly three minutes, the soldier came back carrying a tray on which was a bowl of porrage with a plastic spoon, and a bottle of water. Dispelling the barrier of Tao's cell again, he entered and placed the tray on a wall-mounted table, then left again and raised the barrier. "Here you go." with that said, he left.

"Right then. I know what happened from there. One final question. What's your full name?" the soldier asked Grace, picking up the notepad and stuffing it in his pocket.

"Hmm. And you say her name was Grace? Alright, wait here. I'll go ask around." the soldier speaking to Tedd stated, then walked off, entering the main building.

Never heard of a hat that's also a magical artifact... The soldier thought, not paticularly addresssing Tophat this time. Reaching Rookie's cell, he placed Tophat on the table, behind the tray, then turned to Rookie. "Hey, you. Wake up."

Disgusted, Rita cast the spell "Splash" on herself to wash away the blood on her face. She began taking the goat back to the dragon den. The smell, though unpleasant, wasn't new to her from the many monsters and the occasional bandit she had burned, so she was able to ignore it without much fuss.
Rex yawns and sits up on the rooftop of a building in Lakewest. "Right... What do I do about getting to the Port...?" He stretches a bit as he sits, contemplating his next move.

Ness sits up, lifting her head off the table in the library. Cracking her stiffened neck, she starts looking for more books on religion in the world.

Smirking, Yukino makes her way to leave the Forward Base, cloaking herself in cover and gracefully superjumping over the base's walls.

Blair woke up and heard Rex's muttering."So what's the plan then Rexy? <3" She asked as she stood up and stretched.

After the relative ease of descending from the mountain on which the ruins had been situated, Maria carrying Lilah and the hooded figure had been making uninterrupted progress across a large plain. The journey had been relatively peaceful so far apart from the un-natural silence that seemed to surround the third member of the party. Maria was having trouble keeping tabs on the person as they seemed to rarely make any noise as they moved making it difficult to pinpoint their location. Soon enough the three crested a rather small hill and saw in the relative distance what appeared to be a body of water that ended at a series of strange buildings that towered slightly over the walls near their base. As they got closer they noticed that there was no entrance inside on the side they were on so they began following the wall in the direction away from the water. Soon they reached a part of the wall which seemed to be unblocked and walked within. Immediately they greeted by the various colors of Lakewest's buildings. "Ooooo...." Maria murmured in wonderment at the sight, Lilah current condition and her need to see a doctor momentarily forgotten. The hooded figure looked around unimpressed before moving past the awestruck Maria and starting to head further into the town.
Rex shrugs, hiding his slight surprise at Blair suddenly waking up. "I'm not sure just yet... All I know is that I can't go down... so the logical way to go is around... But I'm gonna need a map to see which 'around' sucks the least."

In her search, Ness eventually comes across Holly. She smiled a bit as she approached the little creeper girl. "Good morning, Miss Holly. Did you sleep well?" Seeing Echo still asleep, Ness decided not to disturb her just yet. Seeing Echo also reminded Ness of Tao's disappearance. ...She would've found me by now, since she's been eager to be around me recently... Where could she have gone...?

In her search, Ness eventually comes across Holly. She smiled a bit as she approached the little creeper girl. "Good morning, Miss Holly. Did you sleep well?" Seeing Echo still asleep, Ness decided not to disturb her just yet. Seeing Echo also reminded Ness of Tao's disappearance. ...She would've found me by now, since she's been eager to be around me recently... Where could she have gone...?
As she dragged the corpse of the goat in to the dragon den, Rita would find Fafnir and her young were resting. Loki sat against a wall, but looked up at Rita. "That... looks like quite the messy kill." he commented with a small frown.
Fafnir's dragonlings, on the other hand, perked up upon smelling the corpse and jumped up, dashing over to it.

"That's your excuse? I'd almost think you were on drugs." the soldier said to Trilby with a bemused tone. "Right... Anyway. What can you tell me about that madman that followed you here?"

"Yeah, go ahead." the soldier answered Grace as he stood up and walked to the door. "And we're about done here. Time to go back to your cell."

Eventually, the soldier who had been speaking to Tedd returned. "Right. We've got someone by that description you gave in custody, but we don't currently know her name. Follow me, I'll take you to see her."

The soldier held out the datapad towards Rookie. "I was told that on this thing is something that can potentially prove your innocence. Show it." the soldier stated, not particularly fancying trying to operate the datepad himself in fear of it blowing up.

Ness growled a bit as another search turned up useless. Her mood got a bit better as Holly hugged her. She giggled a bit toward Echo. "It appears so! What were you two studying, by the way?"
