Medea scoffed. "Me? Fight you? Please... As if I would want to waste my time on an ugly creature like you like that." she said, flicking a lock of hair over her shoulder. "The dirt under my boots gets more respect then you do. Get out of my sight."

"Mmmm, make me, meow." Tao replied with a large grin.

Data nods, and enters. Eventually, he enters the chamber lobby, and says,
"Excuse me, I have valuable information I am willing to extchange for a few moments in the recently escaped prisoners room."he said.

The receptionist looks at Data. ""One moment." She puts her hand to her ear.

A few minutes later the Captain walks out. "What is it that you want?"

 

[Furioso]

Rita smiled "It really was a shock, a wonderful shock though. With any luck the revelation will allow him to grow in ways that assist you, like it has with me."

 

[Wackymon]

"I have information concerning the exit of the tunnel that I believe the person known as Tao escaped from, and I will provide you this information, if in return you let me see the point of entry for her assistance." he said.

 

[Chungus]

"Oh, I have no doubts that it will. Without the many obstacles humanity create for themselves to hold them back, progress is easily made. Enlightened, a mind thinks with clarity far greater then it would have before."

Medea glared at Tao, then turned her back on her, walking away. "Fine. Men. Escort this ugly thing from the premises. With force if you need to."

The soldier that stood by the entrance sighed and turned to Tao. "You heard her. I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

Tao continued to stand her ground. "Aww. I was hoping the boss lady would fight me. Guess she's not strong enough to make me leave herself, meow." Tao said, trying to goad Medea.

OOC: Yeah...this is gonna fail...Too far in now though.

Medea paid Tao no mind as she continued to walk away, eventually taking a right and disappearing from sight.

"Please don't make this harder then it has to be." The soldier said to Tao, grabbing her right arm, although not very firmly.

(To the Rookie: Head to the library, we're looking for a young woman with a tattoo on her left hand.)
The Rookie nodded and stepped on the teleportation pad. He looked around the library and saw Erica.
(To the Rookie: That's her, right there.)
He walked over to Erica, and gently shook her shoulder.

"Oh?" This should be good... The captain waited for Data to continue.

Tao pulled away from the man and had some claws appear. "If Tao needs to beat you guys up to show you I can help, that's what I'll do, meow." she said with a manic grin.

Data nodded, "I will show you the location after I have seen her cell, and have observed the dead prisoner." he said, "Though I have one question: You did remove her weapons, correct?"

Somewhere in the wilderness between the forward base and the defence base, a figure in a long coat appeared.
He slowly got to his feet, and looked around.
"I have no idea where this place is, but at least nobody is trying to kill me here." he said to himself, as he started walking in a random direction.
"Well... nobody yet."

"We already know where the tunnel exit is. We're going to close it in a day or two." The Captain replied.
"We've also already seen the tracks. As for her weapons, she had no weapons that weren't natural. And those wouldn't have aided in her escape. It's why we're so confident someone helped her to get out."

Being shaken by her shoulder, Erica groaned softly and looked up at Rookie, moving her hai out the way of her face. [sub]"Hmm...?"[/sub] was her first responce. Still groggy, she saw Rookie as rather blurry. In responce to this, she blinked a couple of times and rubbed her eyes. "Yes...?"

The soldier grunted at Tao's responce and moved his left hand to a earpiece he wore in his left ear under his helmet. "We've got someone who refuses to leave here. Please send backup in case needed." Once the messega was recieved, the soldier lowered his hand and looked back at Tao. "I'm not going to fight you for this. And neither is anyone else. Now please put away the... claw-things and leave before you get hurt."

"Indeed, I did not see you there over the last few days I was there..."

@Salt: Oh come on! My chance to do something and I can't because 'We don't need your help'...

 

[Saltyk]

"Because we investigated the area thoroughly the instant of the escape. Why would we continue to investigate long after the fact?" The Captain replied.

OoC: @Wacky: It's on the compound. Obviously they would investigate the whole place and look for signs of her escape and how she got out. Why else would they be so confident someone helped her?
