Rita allowed Loki to speak up again. Had she been in her right state of mind she would have kind of disliked the opulence, but under Loki's influence she now looked forward to being a part of it, though there was a chance that in her normal state of mind she wouldn't mind being someone important.

Nybeth glanced over at the zombified soldiers and shrugged. "I've little idea why it should be my responsibility to deal with traitors among the Legaians. I thought you all would enjoy such a thing." He replied to Athena, still waiting for his legs to be healed, as he could do little with the condition they were in anyway. He raised an eyebrow at Felina stepping out of the petrified remains of the mech. He chose to ignore everything Bertie said, as he had already filed the man under 'complete imbecile' in his head.

Jessica nodded tentatively to Ness and stood back up as well, prepared to follow her.

"You have my thanks for such generousity." Loki answered. Although he didn't show it, he felt increasingly disgusted by acting humble. "A joint city? I had not thought there ever was coexsistance on such a scale. But no matter that then, it is of little concern now." It is quite interesting, however. "Would you say you have a large enough number of forces to defend against the attack from the west? I assume Legaia has no plans to send but a small force from it, as I have stated before."

"Before, mythril came from the mines at Rockbyrd, but that place is in bad shape now, to say the least. There won't be any new shipments any time soon. As for how you craft with mythril, I personally don't know. But it's an art taught here." the guard answered Etho.

Eventually, the student returned with a map, which he handed to Etho before turning to the guard. "You owe me."

Noting Jessica, Ness nodded and walked out. She passed by Bryce before trying to head outside to the battlefield.

Rex left the college and made his way toward Lakewest, yawning a bit as he went.

"Marston go with him. Make sure he doesn't pull anything funny." Savranth told the cowboy.

"Felina..." The catwoman said. "Oh my... My daughter!" She started to stand up but realized her situation.

"Go on, Felina. I have no problem if you go on to see your daughter..."
"Savranth?" Athena said as she walked over to him. "Are you out of your mind?"
"She's just a protective mother. She's not going to be dangerous at this point... Let her go."

Unsure, Felina took the chance to run off towards her house.

The medic finished his work. "You should be good, now."
Athena looked at Nybeth a bit bothered by his response. Does he take us for fools? "Men destroy those abominations."
As she ordered a few soldiers took apart the corpse soldiers.
"You should all rest and heal up. Including you Legaians."

Marston saw the rogue soldiers still fighting, and so he shot all the resurrected Legaians, dispatching them with very impressive speed and accuracy. He then nodded to Sav and followed after Trilby, putting his rifle away and taking out his revolver instead.

He then decides to look around, and sits down, and has a cigar.

The moment Ness would pass the credit chit, she would find herself walking inside a cavernous room, filled with equipment and people of all manner. Bryce cheered once she passed the portal, and hopped in after her. "Bloody hell, took you long enough. Stick close, we'll go to the router, he'll put you within a meter of where you want to go. Really, trying to get you to enter this room is like trying to herd goats away from grass. And from what you and Jess were talking about, this will be what you wanted." he seemed somewhat angry, but relieved that he'd reached this destination.
The room itself was made entirely of metal, and fit the definition of a square, on all sides. Hanging in the center was a massive holographic counter steadily increasing in number. When Ness walked into the room, it would be set at 540,240. Most people were human, though there were a wide variety of beastkin and more alien creatures wandering about it as well. Criers stood at all sides of the room, yelling destinations.
"Rapture, all aboard to Rapture, city of Adam and Eve! Play out your objectivist fantasies!"
"Utopia, do I hear a call for Utopia? Live a life of Freedom and bliss!"
"Wander the remains of D.C. and see the sights of a world gone to hell, only 5 cred chits! Only 5 cred chits, we're practically giving this stop away!"

Once the zombies were completely obliterated/lost the structurally integrity to continue fighting they fell over for the final time, becoming nothing more than torn apart corpses.

After Nybeth had finally gotten the medic to pay attention long enough to heal his legs, he stood back up.

Jessica was a few steps behind Ness, and as she disappeared, Jessica stopped completely. Uh...what?

As Ness found herself in the big ass room, she immediately turned to Bryce and pointed a rather large sniper rifle with no scope at his temples. "Take me back. Right. Now." Her eyes were narrowed and she looked like she could rip the head of of a puppy and feel absolutely nothing.

Envy was visibly hanging out near the majority of the group, leaning against a building.

Bryce raised his eyebrows. "To do that, we need to meet the router. He'll set you right on your way, no more then a flick of his wand and a tapping of code. And you might want to put the gun away." As he spoke, a bespectacled man bumped and scooted his way through the crowd, shouldering aside mantis men and werewolves with equal indifference. From behind Ness, several people approached, the most notable a badly scarred man with robotic eyes replacing his normal.
The crowd gave a small bit of space for the seemingly ensured fight, but seemed to believe it a show, speaking rapidly in a number of languages. A few snatches of English would roughly piece together this conversation.
"Wow, didn't know they'd put a show on in the terminals! This is wild, no way you'd get guns that big at home."
"Big deal, so they grabbed some old movie props and have a few actors hide in the crowd. Happens all the time where I'm from."
"...I still think its cool..."

Jessica would see the barest fraying of heat around the doorway, but little else to indicate a portal, aside from the credit chit on the ground.

Ness gritted her teeth for a bit before sighing and digitizing the rifle back into her belt, creating a small stream of pixels. She was a little too annoyed at her situation to notice the men in the crowd as she followed Bryce. "Mr. Logan, with all due respect, what the fuck?"

Rex kept walking through Lakewest. Oh right... Pewtercove's all locked up and stuff... Guess I'll try to go to Holadino... He starts making his way there.

"Well, now that this is over..." Savranth said as he looked over the battlefield as several soldiers began working on healing the wounded.

The soldiers led Tribly to a cell in the Legaian base, and, with the aide of a Legaian staff member, shut him in.

Felina made her way home and went to the cellar. Opening it up she ran down stairs, a bit bloody and dirty from the fighting.

"That won't be a problem. Ardimas and the military here should be more than enough for any misguided attempt to attack us. Especially, now that you have warned us of an impending attack." Garzic replied.

"By the way, How is Estella, Ardimas? Is she aided in the delivering of orders? I know you've had trouble with men actually listening to you."

"My Queen, I don't think we should discuss this in front of strangers." Ardimas seemed to object to Amalia's statement.

"Oh, that's right she wasn't always so willing was she? Not until you paid off a debt her brother owed." Amalia replied. Stay down where you belong, beast. That's why you're not a general.

Marston leaned against a wall and wondered how long he was suppose to watch Trilby.

"Continue." Nybeth simply replied to Savranth upon hearing him speak. He idly surveyed the battlefield and the massive number of dead on each side. I suppose it was poor form on my part to not aid the Legaians in retreating into the town and instead allowing them to be boxed in. There could have been far more casualties...

Seeing that there seemed to be nothing in the doorway, Jessica carefully knelt down and examined the credit chit. Doesn't this belong to that Bryce guy? I've seen him with it a few times...

Trilby glared at the Legaian who helped the Xiphatians put him in the cell.
"I try to save your town, and you lock me up for it? For shame. For. Shame." he said, shaking his head sadly.
He shrugged, then took a revolver out of his inventory.
"Someone get a mop!" he called out, before shoving the gun barrel into his mouth, and pulling the trigger.

"I have to agree with you ma'am. The fuck Logan? Bringing somebody who sure as ever living shit doesn't have multi-universal travel down pat is going to get your lisence revoked, at minimum. If your lucky we'll dump you in your home dimension, nevermind on the right planet. So please, take time to carefully craft a response that will fix your gigantic cock-up." Said the rather large security guard.

bryce opens his mouth, closes it, and stares into the middle distance, before saying "she and a buddy almost have it down pat. From what I heard, they're just not getting the formula down yet. I figure, why let them start letting the manics in? We give her an altimeter, let her craft it into her portal, less cleanup on our end needed when her people eventually find us. 'S'how we were planning on doing it anyway. This just shaves off time, and lives by limiting Manic attacks."

The guard glares at him, before looking into Ness' eyes. "Fuck you Bryce, you would tell the truth. Router, get this chick an altimeter and get them out of my terminal. We're losing income as it is." with that, the guard turns and heads back to the edge of the room, and the stoutly man in glasses moved forward, breathing heavily and holding up a finger to request a second to breath.

Rita was rather surprised by the Queens words, she had seemed fairly nice previously, but she held her tongue
