In dynasty Warriors 3,4,5 and 7 there is a character who uses a flute as her weapon. In Dynasty Warriors Strikforce 2 there was a female character who also used an erhu (Chinese violin) as her weapon, and in Dynasty Warriors 7 it has been changed to a harp.
In Samurai Warriors 2: Xtreme Legends there was even a character who used a Shamisen (japanese banjo) as his weapon.
The best thing is, all of those weapons are a hell of a lot fun to use.

The Spear.
There's a reason it has been the primary weapon (in varied formats) of humanity since forever - a shortspear (and other variants) make awesome individual combat weapons, and long variants make amazing mass-combat ones.
It's just so... silly that whenever you play a fantasy game it's rare to get a chance to use spear and rarely are they useful or good in any fashion.
It's like a spear, axe and pick got all glued together. It is made of STAB, CHOP, and PIERCE.

They're ulaks. Honestly? Magnums. I mean yes they're a staple of the modern shooter but they're so often betrayed so poorly. Probably the only magnum I can remember having any real impact is Half-Life 2's. Barely any game since, not even the gun-porn that is the Modern Warfare series, has had a magnum that truly feels real in my virtual hands. I was really hoping Red Dead Redemption would get the whole Clint Eastwood thing going but the pistols in that game were lacking any real feedback, too.
Also, lightsabers. Again, they're in every Star Wars game ever made if I recall correctly (even the space sims had at least one lightsaber in there at one point), but why do they always feel like big glowing space-batons? They chop Darth Maul in half in Phantom Menace and that was a PG-rated sugar puff of a film; why can't I saw through stormtroopers like butter in The Force Unleashed? Ridiculous.

Ring blades (AKA Chakram), I think I never saw that weapon outside the world of three kingdom (Dynasty Warriors and such), I really like this weapon (dont ask why) and would really like to see it in a RPG
