after reading most of em i cry a single tear, why didn't "Manly Guys Doing Manly Things" win, it was funny well drawn and i would dance till i peed myself if i could see 2 new comics each week.

Agreed. I loved the Bioshock strip.

At least the winner was still really good.

I really hope the writers of MGDMT keeps making them comics, because they're really really good.

I don't quite think it's as good as the winner, but I'd still read it.

I know what you mean, but it's an understandable situation. At over 300 entries, it's hardly plausible for every comic to get a comment, and I doubt the worth of the trouble of organizing who comments on what comic.

Of course at first when I found I didn't win (but what were the chances really?) I was worried that the winning comic wouldn't be very good... I was happily surprised to find out that is actually really awesome. Can't wait for more, congrats to Decoy, carry that torch high.

On reflection, I think perhaps I made it a bit too weird. Some people I've shown it to have been genuinely quite disturbed by Trojan, for example. A character whose physical form consists of a horse's head and spinal cord on wheels is creepy, apparently. This didn't occur to me at any point while drawing him, which probably just goes to show something, but I'm not sure what.
