lmao , think you might have some competition in that area. I have a few skills but nothing useful in a fallout world. Though maybe being this towns Moira might be fun. Make sure my house is far removed from the rest for if some experiment goes really wrong.Macrobstar said:

I'd probably go out into the wasteland and attempt to preserve some history of before the apocalypse. Similar to the Brotherhood of Steel, but I'd openly share it with those who show interest. Possibly start up a group who does that sort of thing.
Year 9 student here, so looks like i wouldn't be much of a help.
But as for what i'd do? Probably freak out and get even more stressed out then I usually am, you know since it's basically the end of the world and all.

normally i would take a group of friends and start a new civilization on the island of Alcatraz, but if i am going to be in a pre-made town, i think i would try and reinvent old technologies (ie TV)

I'm an A-level student with no real specialisation so I'd probably end up leaving the town once I got a hold of some survival tools and a friend. There's nothing really left for me at that point, so everything is just a stall for death.
Hmm, I probably was the doomsday prophet before the fallout, so after that... I'd get some people to fly to the moon with.
Well, I think Bears live in Slovakia, so we might have to deal with Yao Guais later on (Hungary is right next door, and I live pretty close to the border). Plenty of water in the country (underwater sources too, no worry about radiation poisoning) and it's pretty easy to find some basic firearms. Kalashnikovs, too. But it isn't really Fallout if it isn't America, right? It'd probably be more like STALKER. (plenty soviet-era architecture, too)

the only thing i'm qualified for is to set a caravan charge too much for stimpacks and pray that i don't run into bloodthirsty raiders
In the beginning, when you have low skills and your best weapon is a slightly better than average pistol, circle about the wastes close to your home base and see what you can find, being sure to pay attention to your surroundings and be ready to run away if you come across something you can't handle. Intersperse that with helping the town directly. Find a sheet of plastic and use it to filter the water a la Voyage of the MiMi.
When you've got an above average plasma rifle and and a good set of armor, wander way out to the wastes and try to bring together the various other towns that have formed into a stronger alliance. Supply each of them with the extra weapons and armor you find that aren't as good as yours, making sure to root out any trouble makers and support a leader who will continually push for peace, but will put a bullet between the eyes of anyone who threatens the town just as quickly. Scout out as much talent as you can, the greatest resource will be people who have the knowledge and skill to make things better.
When having a bad day (while also being well equipped), find the equivalent to Paradise Falls and wipe it out, freeing the slaves.

Gather and rebuild. Stand tall with my fellow wastelanders, create a small democracy, with socialist beliefs, then live like travellers in the local area stopping a key locations for supplies and maybe grow our numbers.
It will be a hard life but I figure if we keep moving we will be harder to find.
As for education, I have some in school experience (I am hoping to train as a teacher), so I could do a little bit until an actual one comes along.

Well I'm a very good shot and can take care of most forms of tech with some work (not ease but kinda close). I'd probably stay in the town and try to start a life, only to occasionally leave for a light raid into the wastelands for parts, ammo, and raiders to kill.
