If you aren't bullshitting then I sincerely hope that this whole ordeal goes in your favour and things work out, but if you live in Detriot, well... I wouldn't get my hopes up on the police actually doing much of anything.

I know from expierance that losing a dear friend is hard enough as it is, losing a dear friend to drugs and learning that she's now a sex slave must be un-fucking-bearable. I liked the sex slave part until you told us about the abuse and drugs. Some people would kill to be in her position (minus the physical abuse and drugs)
OT Honestly you're probably better off either talking to her about it and notifying the police if you believe they can do anything to help her. She has to want to change her situation before you or anyone else can do something.

That's the worst thing you can do as it puts you in danger, and her in even more danger. No, just tell the police (anonymous tip), and let them sort it out. They'll be able to help her much more than you can, and you'll be doing the best thing for everyone (well, everyone except the dealer...).
Confronting him yourself is just the most stupid move you could make, and just makes it more likely he'll either kill or seriously injure her, or yourself.
