Honestly? Fahrenheit? Really? The first half fo the story was intriguing and great, the second half went batshit insane and tried to be dragon ball z meets the matrix. I'd hardly call that a good story.
Sorry for having an opinion, dude :|
Nah, I liked it. I think it flowed pretty well, but that's probably just me.
The first half of the game was interesting and well written, but can you honestly tell me you enjoyed the plot of the second half of it?
I'b been raving about the game to my friend all week, then he came over and watched me "play" it. I was up to the second half and I was embarrassed I'd been raving about it. He thought I was crazy, and I started to think I might have been too.

1. Final Fantasy 8
2. Bioshock
3. Indiana Jones and The Fate of Atlantis

Number 3. is quite old (1992) but still stands up today because if the story. It had 3 different paths to complete the story too.

Ah, shit, tough one.

Mass Effect, all of it.

BioShock 1, that took me too long to think of.

And you know what? Halo. I love Halo. All of its games, excluding the Legendary Ending of Halo 3 which I still to this day refute.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 FES (story is the same as normal but technically FES is the only one I've played)
Final Fantasy (any of them)
Portal (EPICNESS)

I would have to say of all time CoD4, Red Alert 2 and Resonance of Fate. For Resonance of Fate the storyline was good, but the way it was presented made it really good, if you didn't understand what was going on; they didn't bother explaining it.

Psychonaughts for being very original and funny.
Ocarina of Time because it is amazing.
I'll go with Demon Stone. It is good to see an interesting Forgotten Realms story in a video game, and you get to play as Drizzt, so fuck yeah.

The one that first popped into my head when seeing the title Indigo Prophecy. I'll admit if it weren't for modding my system this game would have never existed to me but that story really kept me coming back for more. Oh and any FPS that is meant to be played online lol jk

No particular order:

1. Legacy of Kain
2. Deus Ex
3. Metal Gear Solid

(Just really enjoyed the MGS games, personally.)

No More Heroes. Simpler is better. "Sir Henry ************!"
Killer7. Because true art is uncomprehensible. "That wasn't me, it couldn't have been!"
Flower, Sun, and Rain. Because I love a detective version of Groundhog Day that ties into another game. Can't think of a quote.
