I bought Neverwinter Nights 2 for the same reason I got DA:O, but I can play it anytime on my Laptop. I must say that it's not as good as I'd hoped, still very good though, it's just not engaging enough, it's hard to make a truly unique character I find. But that's about it. very good otherwise.

I must say i'm deeply disappointed. I expected spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate Saga and all i got was one big, predictable, cliched remake of NWN2. I'm still shocked. :|
A remake of NWN2? that statement makes no sense to me. I honestly can't see how you could feel that way. I do agree that neither are as like Baldur's Gate that I'd hoped, but they were different in different ways.
The OC's are shitty for the NWN games. The expansion Mask of the Betrayer expansion is REALLY good. (writing and story wise)

Also, some good modules at the NWN vault.
http://nwvault.ign.com/fms/TopRated.php?content=nwn2modulesenglish
I had a look at that and downloaded one or two which weren't bad. But that site really confused me. I wasn't sure which ones I could use since I only had the base game with no expansions. I was really looking forward to that part of the game, also making my own modules but I never could find how to do that either....

Any recommendations of modules to download? Keep in mind I only have the base game, if that makes any difference, I dunno if it does...

I've managed to circumvent my boycot of Ubisoft games by finding a friend who bought Anno 2070 and am happily playing his copy. Great game, I'd love to buy it if it weren't from Ubisoft. It's a fun city building sim with an accessible learning curve and a fair bit of complexity under the surface.

Final Fantasy VI, because 5 bucks is a good deal on PSN for this gem, and i can play it on my PSP and (hopefully) on my (yet to purchase) Vita.

And the Syndicate demo.
I don't know why i love it, it's only one level, not much special stuff going on,
but i love the teamwork/hacking/shooting/Deus Ex lite....
*closest he'll ever be to a genuine good GitS game*

Metal Gear Solid 3, the HD Collection version. As a matter of fact I just finished it. When I first played MGS3 in 2005 I think, I was simply amazed with it. Now that I played it again, I discovered a few alarming resemblances with a game that never liked: MGS 4. The same lengthy cut-scenes, the same convoluted, or even absurd plot. So I asked myself why I like more MGS 3 from MGS 4? What makes MGS 4 boring and silly and MGS 3 a masterpiece? I haven't found the answer, I'm thinking about it.

I'm currently replaying Culpa Innata, which is a 2007 PC detective adventure game in which every play-through is different depending on how you question your witnesses. The puzzles are mainly standard 2000's adventure fare which wouldn't look out of place in a Benoit Sokal game, but the real attraction is the original and well thought out "dystopian utopia" setting. At first glance, this is a perfect future world with no crime and zero unemployment, and everyone you meet seems exceptionally contented, but look a little closer and you start noticing sinister hypocracies. The society of this world (which doesn't include the "rogue states" of Russia, China and India, or the "unexploitable areas" of Africa) is a hyper-rational, laissez faire, over-sanitised, xenophobic one in which procreation is strictly controlled, polygamy is encouraged, the atomic family is abolished and all children are raised in specially equipped nurseries, all in the name of what is thought to be "scientific" (classic Orwellian doublespeak). Anything which doesn't fit this worldview is expelled or explained away, and this is all leading to a gradual stagnation of the society.

At some point I should get back to playing Stalker: Clear Sky. It feels like if Stalker had been a little more mainstream and Westernised. So, not really an improvement on the original, but still miles better than most of what's out there.

Still playing Skyrim, i think i spend more time on modding it then actually playing, before turning it on i visit skyrim nexus site, download a bunch of mods, install them and then i turn on the game, usually something goes wrong and i spend another 30 minutes tinkering with it, perhaps then i actually do some quests, havent finished the main story yet..

And recently ive got a craving for a stealth game, so i bought Splinter Cell Conviction, so far its fun, i try to avoid shooting as much as possible to make it more challenging, its too easy just to spam bullets and hide.

Dark Souls and Terraria. Im up to the Dukes Archives in DS, so after I kill the boss im going to revisit a few places before taking out the final boss. My friend and I are racing for a Platinum for god knows what reason, so its quite fun. Terraria is just something me and my friend play randomly. Its quality dungeon crawling.

Playing Batman:Arkham City. Finished the story on Normal, now trying Game+!! Boy, is it HARD. Also trying (very hard) to get 3 medals in Combat Rooms. Not doing so well as my arthritic (small) fingers wont let me do some of his special combo's. But I will NEVER give up trying!!

I am currently on my second (evil) play-through of InFamous 2 and I am rather enjoying Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars.

At the moment, all I'm playing through is another Grand Campaign in Empire: Total War, this time as Great Britain.

What kind of character-build do you play with?
I beat the game as a dex, light armored, melee, and a bit pyromancy, sort of guy, with 15 Vitality, and the last boss didn't take much more than 10-20 tries. Think I was about level 80-90.
I watched my friend challenging the same boss at a lower level, as a sorcerer, and shot it down in a matter of seconds.

Your play-style really makes a difference at certain points in the game, everyone I have talked with have struggled on different parts, than both me and each other.

I have been playing a lot of Iron Brigade lately. It's a fun third-person mech shooter+tower defense game made by Double Fine. You can customize your trench(the mech) in all kinds of ways to help you defend your objectives from the onslaught of the Tubes. It's really fun and has up to four player online co-op. Be warned, we have been having a lot of issues with lag lately which can make it very hard to stay in a game.(or at least on the XBLA version)

Mass Effect.

For what is (at last count) my fourteenth playthrough.

I've long resignd myself to the fact that I love ME far too much for my own good and to stay sane I must accept and embrace that fact.

For anyone who cares: Sinead Shepard, Engineer, Insanity, Paragon.

Tribes: Ascend beta.
Just got it and am still learning how to play, it's a very fun game. Skiing everywhere is great.
Did you like the big patch changes?

anyway OT
Tribes ascend
batman arkham city
dustforce
kingdoms amular
titan attacks
and occaisonally torchlight to get me in the mind for tl2

(yes thats a lot of games, but several of them i play in short doses (15-20 mins) because the game is built to allow it.
I only just got the game after the patch so I don't know what it was like pre-patch.
How is kingdoms of amular btw? I liked the demo and would have bought it if not for it coming out the same times as Darkness 2.

Skyrim: Lv 41 Light Armor, Sword&Board; with mods for a Link-ish Guild Master Armor and a Hylian Shield

SWTOR: Lv 29 Soldier/Vanguard Tank (Light Side); wearing a refitted Jedi Robe

and thinking about firing up my good ol' GC with Metroid Prime 2: Echoes on expert again...
The Boost Guardian made me ragequit after trying for three days culminating in a run where I was only one Lightblast short of vaporizing that filthy sludge.
