big daddy - ridiculously overpowered car with a gun on top (or something like that) that alone can easily take on your opponents army with ease

Age of Mythology:
OH CANADA - laser bears!

Banjo-Tooie:
CHEATO HONEYKING - invincibility (you could also replace honeyking with a reversed in-game cheat to activate that one without needing the right amount of Cheato pages)

The Sims:
rosebud - free money!
