Watch_Me_Xplode in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 on Gamecube. It unlocks everything- even Jango Fett!- but you have to re-enter it every time you run the game.

Shift+Alt+Backspace then Tab+G was God mode in Wolf3D after you added "-goobers" to the command line, lol.

Quicken was God mode on Heretic iirc, while IDDQD made you commit suicide, haha. I remember finding that one out the hard way.

Dipstick enabled cheats on Rise of the Triad, though I don't remember any of the actual codes.

No, wuvwoo and ohcanada were from age of mythology, ohcanada summoned a bear with lasor shooting eyes using the Canadian flag as a cape if I remember correctly.

tgm - god mode
player.additem a/f (Number) - Add lockpicks/gold
tcl - toggle collision (go through walls)
coc testinghall - teleports you to a place with all the items in the game.

Now that that's out of the way I'll start.

The one I remember the most has to be "Uber Taint Joad Durf Kwiss". Witch enabled God Mode in Bloodrayne 2. I remember it because it's one of the most unique codes out there.

Followed by "R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up". Witch gave you 100 Armor in GTA: Vice City, and Full Health, Full Armor, $250,000 and, Repaired Damage To Your Current Vehicle in GTA: SanAndreas. Remembered because if your like me you entered this code at least 500 times before you finished the game. (By the way, that's the REAL number of times I entered it. I kept track).
