'Slightly more' makes me mad. In the older editions, Blink Dogs were as intelligent as people and could even talk. 1st/2nd/3rd all pretty much list them as being intelligent with a complex language of barks, yaps, wines and growls. 1st is the only one to directly compare them to the average human in intelligence.
