Alright. Here is my list
Kashi Fiber ceral (breakfast)
Fruit + Coffee (Lunch)
Chicken or Fish & Veggies (Dinner)
Friday Dinner = Sushi
Saturday
Breakfast - Corn Beef Hash + Two Eggs (Sunny Side up)
Lunch - Homemade Panini (Usually Chicken + Lettuce + Tomato)
Dinner - Homemade Cheese Steak w/ mushroom and onions (I cook everything myself. Either on the grill outside or inside.)
Sunday
Breakfast - Toast and Tea
Lunch - Sandvich (Made with new meats...ok turkey)
Dinner - Tuna Pasta
I usually try to balance everything but treat myself on Saturdays with my favorite foods <3
