Well being the internet addict that i am, i usually get up around 2pm. First thing is some lemon tea with some fruit, then i either eat something for lunch say a sandwich, noodles or rice. If i do, then i don't eat any tea (dinner). If i'm eating dinner then i'll have something standard. Throughout the day tea, coffee, orange juice etc. Around 1am i'll grab a beer or something, along with either fruit or some chocolate.

Oatmeal is awesome.
This man speaks the truth.

I too eat oatmeal for breakfast, but I occasionally eat something else. While the rest of the day's meals are varied (except for Thursday), one thing's for sure: cookies.
Yes, verily! Oatmeal is amazing! mmmm.
dang that sounds good now.
Oatmeal is so awesome, it deserves its own quote chain. Almost every day, I eat it after coming home from some morning martial arts training.

For breakfast, I make the best 3-egg ham and cheese omelette of all time, filling 2 English muffins with them, and eating the rest of the omelette seperately. When I don't have time to make an omelette, I'll pour myself a bowl of Vector cereal.

As for lunch and supper, my food of choice usually alternates between canned pasta/canned tomato soup/ chicken noodle soup with bread dipped in, or ham, cheese, and lettuce sandwiches. Perogies and bananas are favourite snacks of mine.

Beef Cup o' Noodles. God, that stuff is addicting. Other than that, I can't really say I have a routine. Although I do eat a ton of pasta. And meat. I have yet to go a day without eating some sort of meat.

Although I have already listed a few of the foods I eat, I have decided to post again for the sake of increased accuracy:

Things I generally *don't* eat anymore:

-Eggs
-Insanely rich foods

Both for the simple reason that my constitution doesn't agree with them very much.

Breakfast: cereal, pro Bio Pot, Oak chocolate chip cookie thing, cup of tea, protein shake (there's no better way to start my day, especially with the gym looming around 10am)

Snack: Chocolate or fruit

Lunch: Something pasta or spaghetti based

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Something Chicken Based

Desert: whatever is sweet that I have lying around the kitchen, normal cake or ice cream

I like to eat healthy and when I can I eat steamed broccoli with rice and chicken, Beef&Vegetable soup, pretty much just lots of veggies.

When I don't have any healthy food I eat instant noodles, toast with butter and jam, Turkey sandwhichs, and cookies.

PB&J. I take it to school for lunch. It's tasty and it's quick and easy to make!
