The first thing I will usually notice is the personality and the way a woman behaves. If it's sweet and dumb-> low personal experience, if it's mean and asshole-ish-> security issues, if it's a bitter ironic view on the world-> <3.
Next is physical attractiveness: stuff like hips, hair, overall body shape, face, eye color, hands and neck. Everything is important.
After that I'll notice the voice, style of clothes, amount of make-up and minor stuff like that.

Tall, chubby and cuddly, dark hair, nice eyes of any colour although I prefer blue eyes and dark hair. Good sense of fashion doesn't hurt.
My ex used to wear stupid trench coats and a few times a skirt, so I stay clear from anyone in a trench coat now. They don't like nice at all, it's such a turn off.

Cute but still hot, at least perky boobs, nice ass, long fingernails, redhead, green eyes, converse-jeasns/black leather pats-t shirt and hoody wearing girl with manners, social drinker but not afraid to get drunk/have a good time, occasional smoker, not a junkie, film and tv shows buff, also mild gamer, web lulz knower, funny, my-kind-of-hummor-getter (not an actual word), smart-in-a-hidden-intelect-kind-of-way, likes all kinds of music (except manele/populara) with rock as the main genre, but also able to wear high heels and dress at special occasions, caring, kinky. (ofc clean lol)
So I find an active mind the greatest turn on. He could have many interests from politics, gaming, history, so on so on... If he can entertain me and make me laugh then he goes of the top of the list.

Ive always found tired eyes on a girl really attractive. Not sure why.
But generally I go for the shorter, darker types with cherry lips. I appreciate experience but never admit it and I'm more into hobby girls and than party girls!

Someone who is interested in me. That seriously does help. Other than that there is a long list of different things that attract me, many of which aren't compatable (I like blondes, brunettes, and redheads). For me it's easier to tell you if a find a girl attractive then it is for me to list what I find attractive in a girl.

They need to be able to carry on a conversation. I will not be with somebody who has the social skills of a five year old. They must be able to put up with all my quirks(or at least most of them). Glasses are non negotiable.

After that I don't really care, I prefer skinnier but a little chubby is fine and she needs to be shorter than me (as I am fairly short) I obviously have my preferences in terms of looks but at this point as long as she is fairly cute I'm happy ^^
As for personality... I'm a little unsure. Sometimes I think I need someone who is excitable and fun to counter balance my cynical nature but at the same time I find myself annoyed by those people sometimes >_> Oh and a good sense of humour is important
