Lets see... I think I go for 20% appearance, 50% personality and 30% smarts...
... of course these are the combinations for what I'd call a "Perfect Girl", not the specifics and requirements for what I'm looking for... I'm very flexible!
The girl is fun-loving, unique, short, flat, interesting, pretty, athletic, nice smile, cute face (although, she IS anime so that ones kinda irrelevant) and just plain nice in general. Although not the smartest, definitely not dumb. She goes her own way, headfirst whenever possible, and if you don't like it then fuck you! Emi was my favorite KS story by far because she fit so closely to my "Perfect Girl"...
And before anyone thinks the worse of me, I do not have an amputee fetish. that being said, I could easily look past something like in Emi's case, and love the girl for who she is rather then what she is lacking.
The perfect girl would (preferably) have to be shorter then me (I'm a pretty tall guy, so thats not usually a problem), and relatively slim. A nice smile and a cute face. As for "Endowment"... Preferably not very large, flat is great with me!
I want a unique girl, one not afraid to go her own way and doesn't care what someone else thinks about it. A gamer-girl or a nerdy-girl are bonus marks, with super marks if they are into anime! Fun-to-be-around and nice are also definite pros. And smart (but not so much that she's way smarter then me!).
And I kinda want her to be a bit reliant on me... I'm all for chivalry, so it kills me to see a girl paying her way through a date. I'd love a girl who won't decline my offers of "I don't suppose you'd let me pay for that?" or "Do you want that?"...

It just sorta happens, really.
I never got anywhere by having a strict set of requirements for someone I want to date.
Romantic attraction and them being fun to be around is really all I look for.
Sure, I may have my personal tastes for appearance and whatnot but it doesn't really matter.
If I love someone, I love them, regardless of my prerequisites of what they should be or adhere to.
Personally, I think people having a set list of what they want will only end up with them disappointed, but then again, the types typically to make out lists have high standards anyway.
I will say though that I tend to like shy people a lot
Gives a fair bit of common ground and such. My girlfriend is very shy and introverted, as am I so I think it makes for a good combination.
But really, it just depends. I fell in love with my girlfriend not because she fit any criteria.
But rather because she and I had romantic attraction to one another.
We enjoy our time together and each others company. That's pretty much it.
And, personally, I think it's perfect for us.
